We called into Nathaniel Bridgend to look at the electric cars there
Having never had one before , we had lots of questions to ask .
There was no sales pressure unlike other dealers .
we looked around until we decided on the one we wanted
We were looked after by Craig , who knew everything we wanted to know and told us honestly all about the car we chose , he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful , nothing was too much trouble
On picking up the car today , he was again helpful and ensured everything was explained before we left
Would definitely recommend him and the company !

Great customer service from first point of contact, enquiry and completion of a sale. Highly knowledgeable staff and already friendly non pushy approach helped me make my mind up as to what vehicle I was after. Very pleased with the handover of new vehicle.

I was interested but not sure. The salesman helped me understand the difference between the vehicles, the costs and what was the best option for me. He even searched to find a car with some mileage rather than a new car to best fit what I was looking for. I found the experience good, helpful and avoided the need for lots of searching

From the time we entered the car sales we were quite pleased, we were left to look around at the cars that we wanted to see with no pressure from the staff they did approach us a couple of times asking if we were okay and then told if we needed anything just to look for someone and there was plenty around, when we decided that we needed some help we found Craig and he was very helpful and honest made sure he answered all our questions and gave us some good advice he really made our decision easy and our visit pleasurable
