Wish I liked their furniture because the customer service was absolutely amazing!

Nathan James went above and beyond when one of my packages arrived broken. Not only did they send me a brand new one but they also had homemade chocolates delivered to my front door! Im truly impressed. Will definitely be shopping from them again

Ordered 4 chairs and 1 was defective with a cracked and chip. The customer service is 5 stars , they are amazing !!! Ordered another chair , came damaged and with glue all over it. Ordered another chair this time again with the glue. I decided to scrape the glue off and now have discolored spots, so Nathan james is sending me a touch up kit lol. They juat can't get it right , now I have 3 good chairs and 3 damaged , I dont need 2 extra chairs so I will keep the best one and donate the rest, this was just such a hassle. I would not buy their product again. Customer service , 5 stars, product and quality check zero stars.

Despite the unique and modern designs, one of my dressers arrived unuasable to to drawer problems. The company was nice enough to send a recplacement but that one arrived in even worse condition. None of the drawers will open all the way then have problems closing. Now I have 3 dressers that dont work and take up space...

So far so good. I ordered shelving unit and dresser for my son’s room. The dresser is on back order which I knew When I ordered. My shelving arrived and fed ex lifted and threw it over my fence (didn’t ring our buzzer which we can track and let in from our phones) and this thing was heavy. The box broke and it was pouring rain when delivered.

I called Customer service and they sent a new one no problem. My handyman put it together. Note this can be super
Time consuming if someone is not handy or good at it like most furniture . It took us an hour but guessing most would take at least 2 plus hours.

We have yet to receive our dresser but hoping it’s similar to the shelving (same line) and the quality seems decent

Such a mixed bag. I hardly know where to start. I’ll start by saying this: I won’t be ordering from Nathan James again, but I’m truly said to say that. I ordered three of the arched cabinets. When they arrived I discovered major issues with the finish. The color of the doors don’t match. The cabinets don’t match each other. They just look… wrong.

Nathan James customer service was above and beyond. They issued a full refund and I didn’t have to return the cabinets.

BUT. They have not yet posted my review of this product. They also acted as if the issues were new information to them, but I discovered other reviews that were posted that mentioned this very problem. They still continue to sell a product that they know is problematic and they apparently filter out negative reviews (even though I actually gave them 4-stars in my review due to the way they handled my particular situation.)

If they post my review, I will delete or update this review. But, otherwise, I can’t recommend this company. I lost nothing financially, but I lost a lot of time assembling furniture that doesn’t look right and they seem fine with continuing to sell this product to other customers, while not allowing those customers to read my review on their site. Very disappointing.

I absolutely love how the pieces look in my home. I did have to pay my handyman four hours for the build, and there were a few scratches on the interior of the product… but once assembled they looked gorgeous and I would do it all over again!!!!

The furniture arrived and looked much cheaper than the images on the website. That's okay because it wasn't expensive and I knew I would be assembling it. But the REAL PROBLEM was the stench of formaldehyde that was coming off the pieces. I had other leave them on a porch for two weeks for the smell to lessen and even now (one month later) I can still smell it when I open the drawers. Its disgusting.

I love my office shelving! Just as the photo. Quality great for the price, easy to assemble, clear instructions and Customer Service is a dream. It also shipped within a week.
Great company.

Quality furniture. I bought a love seat and two club chairs for my patio, and one chair arrived damaged. I called the number included with the assembly instructions and got an actual person to talk to! I described the damage and he arranged for a new chair to be sent, which arrived in less than a week. Excellent customer service! I'm a happy customer and won't hesitate to shop with them again!

I bought a nested coffee table from here and it's great! I would liken this company to something like Wayfair or IKEA, where it's not going to be luxury furniture at these prices but will be an affordable, more stylish option with cheaper material like manufactured wood. I've had varying experiences with both those companies, good and bad, and continue to shop there - so at this price point I wanted to find a consistent brand where the furniture looks good and prices were reasonable.

I bought a nested coffee table here for my apartment and I love it! Probably took me 20 minutes to assemble, and someone experienced could go even faster.

Delivery was easy and emails were up-to-date, instructions were clear with pictures, no missing parts in delivery, and it seems good quality for this price. Something that often comes up in fake wood is the edges looking scuffed or the seams being visible along the edges, and that's not the case at all. Looks seamless, parts came together easily (not wonky), and even came with felt sliders for my hardwood floors.

Overall I'd definitely order here again.

We bought a desk but it didn't fit in our space so we were able to exchange it for a different one. The associate I spoke to was wonderful and she made the whole process easy and straightforward. Thank you, Kelly...I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Terrible quality. You have to build everything. Takes hours as per the instructions. They do not mention this to you before you buy it. Took me 4 hours to build some cabinets. The set was missing pieces and some pieces didn’t fit. I was unable to complete the set. Beyond frustrating. I called 4 times, nobody answers the customer service number. Do not buy from this company.
