This was my first order and I inquired about when my order might ship. The response was very quick, friendly and included a link to tracking. I was impressed ! Especially given how CS is turning into AI ... ( perhaps this wasn't a real person but it sure seemed to be!) To note, I worked CS for a small women's clothing company for years. The training and level of service was extremely high. So it's really nice to every so often experience quality CS from a company. And yes, it absolutely impacts whether we make subsequent purchases !

Nation really makes an effort to be good to their customers and the environment. The packaging is in compostable bags or paper, the clothing descriptions are clear and they even include a video of the product in action which I appreciate.

Nation Los Angeles is my go-to brand for basics, and tops that look dressed up while still being comfy. I love the cotton they use, it's so soft! When I have had questions, customer service is quick to respond-- makes the process easy.
