Cette société m’a débité 3000 $ canadiens au lieu de 1000 !! Pour
Location de voiture à st John’s.
Ils sont Évidemment injoignable !!
Décidément les loueurs de voitures….

I would have given this place a great review until I realized they sold me insurance I didn’t actually require. When renting (which I’d never done before) I mentioned being in a car crash a few days prior. When I was asked if needed insurance, I said of course. I just assumed I did? I was also not aware I had to cancel my car insurance because I handed over my plates to the tow yard, my car was a write-off. Again, I have never done this before. So, I went ahead and got insurance which I figured I needed. You know how most car insurance is around $100 a month or so? Well, I was charged $500+ for 3 weeks of insurance that I did not even need because I was already covered. I was never asked one thing - only if I needed insurance. When I went in to confront them about this, they explained they couldn’t do much, and I was about to leave when the guy who originally rented to me butted in and insisted I did not tell him I was in a car accident. He clearly did not remember as it was 3 weeks prior, and I guarantee they will deny this if they respond - don’t buy it. Why on earth would I blow $500 on something I didn’t need just for fun, if everything was explained to me properly? Also, I was told it was my responsibility - how am I supposed to know what my responsibility is if I’ve never rented a car or had a car accident before? I was infuriated by the condescending way this guy talked to me, when I was just trying to get answers. If he hadn’t butted in with his attitude, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. I’m pissed and will never rent here again - and I’ll make sure no one I know does, either.

Terrible expérience avec cette compagnie. J'avais effectué la réservation du véhicule au mois d'août pour mon voyage en République Dominicaine (donc 4 mois avant). La compagnie m'a demandé deux jours avant la prise en charge de compléter un formulaire en ligne avant mon arrivée, afin d'accélérer la prise en charge. Tout semblait donc sous contrôle. Cependant à mon arrivée on m'a informé qu'aucun véhicule n'était disponible et la préposée n'avait aucune autre alternative à me proposer et ne démontrait aucune empathie, et ce, malgré les pleurs du bébé qui nous accompagnait et pleurait de fatigue suite au vol de 5 heures. J'ai donc dû me retourner sur place vers les autres agences. Résultat, la location m'a coûté deux fois plus cher que le prix pour lequel j'avais réservé. À mon retour, après avoir insisté, tout ce que l'agent du service à la clientèle me proposait est un crédit de 3 jours sur la prochaine location. Ce qui est totalement insatisfaisant.
