National Allergy sent me the wrong product.
Then refused to admit they sent me the wrong product.
National Allergy will not pay for me to return the wrong product.
The cost of return is the same as the cost of the wrong product.

What made my Experience Gr8.... was that Meshelle helped me with information about a product for my Husband... I couldn't read instructions.. too small to read.... lost my eye wear.... she read the Entire instructions... extremely patient.... and kind hearted... most people don't have patience with elderly people....

I recently bought a humidifier from you guys and have been so happy with the product! It’s made a tremendous difference in the air quality in my apartment. I also want to thank Meshelle, who was incredibly helpful throughout the ordering process. She made everything so easy and answered all of my questions. I have been ordering from national allergy for years. I love their products. Recently I went to order some replacement pre-filters for two different size units. Originally there was some confusion as to the proper size filters but I got in touch with a wonderful customer service rep, did not catch her name, but she forwarded my issue on to a very pleasant and helpful woman named April. April was extremely professional and friendly. She helped to identify the proper size filters and took charge of the return process for me. Her professionalism and dedication to good customer service is exceptional. She made the whole situation better. She is an fantastic asset to the company.

I have ordered from National Allergy Supply in the past for different things from an air purifier to pet supplies to replacement filters. I finally broke down and ordered one of their Merino wool comforters. Oh. Em. Gee. I HIGHLY recommend the Sleep & Beyond my Merino Organic Wool Comforter. It is soooo soft and blankets you perfectly! National Allergy Supply always makes the ordering process easy and the deliveries have always arrived on time.
