They claim to have sent the package twice. The tracking seems bogus - very detailed on the international end (oddly, once purportedly from Italy, once from China) but once it crosses to the US, the shipping update is vague and devoid of any detail:

Keep away from this company. It's a scam. They don´t send the items and refuse to return the money.

Please please please do not order from this company, I ordered 2 x twin pack of genuine Milwaukee battery’s and when the order turned up they were not genuine Milwaukee battery’s they were fakes,
also only half of my order got delivered and I’m still in the middle of trying to sort it out they’re arguing that I only ordered 2 battery’s when it clearly states on they’re advert “twin pack” and I purchased 2 x twin packs and they only sent me 1 x twin pack saying I only ordered 2 battery’s not 2 twin packs even tho they have charged me for 2 twin packs,
What ever your thinking of buying on they're website DONT, try and find it on a trusted reliable website instead

Ordered a set of pin hole cameras got two cameras the size of a mouse. Their adverts are not what you're going to receive.

The least serious online company I've ever seen. This company send automatic emails when you've a problem. My parcel is stuck in one city in Switzerland for the last 2 months. They ask to be patient. In one email they even said they would resend the order. In my dreams. Money lost. I should say : MONEY STOLEN. Don't trust them AT ALL !

Stay away from this website. I ordered on 3rs Sept and still waiting when I finally got PayPal involved and they turnt up today. I brought 3 outdoor christmas bows for the house and they look nothing like what they advertised just cheaply put together and poorly made.

Stay away fromt his website. They advertise one thing and then when you get to the checkout the price is different and different currency. DO NOT BUY HERE

I ordered a floating shelf from this company on Boxing Day 2024 (26/12/24). It has now been 6 weeks since my order, with no update to tracking for the last 2 weeks.
I have reached out multiple times, but only generic reply templates are used to respond, with no tangible information on my order. The only instructions were to sit and wait for a lost parcel. I am very disappointed in the transaction.

Honestly, I found the product satisfactory. While reasonably priced, the shipping took almost three weeks, which was disappointing. The quality met basic expectations, and the design is quite handy. Packaging was adequate. Overall, it functions fairly well for what it offers.
