Awful company. Ordered some muslins for my son 2.5 weeks ago, not been shipped and no response from customer service.
Do not order from them!

I placed an order and it’s been over a month and still don’t have my order. I’d love to get in touch with customer service but I have had no luck. The order is showing as shipped but not tracking since November 16.

Their site is down cant track order no response from facebook or email, i feel like they took my money and closed down or something does anyone have any advice on what to do from here

I have paid 40 euros for a product since early november.

Guess what its january and i cannot even track the shipment.

The customer Service is nowhere to be found, they don't reply.

Apparently I've never received my order nor did I receive answers on my several emails or their Facebook chat on the question what is going on with my order.

I have not received my package yet,it is a shame;since October 9.if it has been lost,please retur the refund

Product arrived in perfect state, just as described on the website, with good timing delays. I am very satisfied

Al recibir la mochila venía con una tara, he escrito hasta en tres ocasiones al servicio de atención al cliente pidiendo una solución o la devolución del producto, sin llegar a obtener respuesta, de forma que el plazo de devolución ha expirado, teniendo que quedarnos el producto defectuoso. Es una vergüenza que no hayan ni respondido, no recomiendo en absoluto comprar nada de esta marca.

The whole process was very easy and the tracking of the product very simple and straight forwar. The product arrived exactly as described, very good quality. I am very very happy with

It arrived saftely. It looks good and kind of what I expected. We have not tried it yet. The zipper to the "bed" seems a bit wobbly, I hope that it won't cause any troubles. A weird thing was that the instructions clearly stated not to leave the stags in the bed when folded, yet one of the stags was actually in the bed part when I opened it. I hope that this didn't damage anything.

Hi there! My one star goes to the fact that I’ve ordered 2 products and only came one. Already try to contact the company, but no one answer. The one that arrived it’s nice, but I’m very unhappy with the situation.

I bought a diaper bag with bed from naturalbaby.co 1th july and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. When I bought this product, I was guaranteed that it would arrive between 7-14 days from the date the order was received. The tracking code they provided shows that the product is sent from China and even if I bought with shipping insurance, I wasn't informed that I could file a claim until now (30 days after). I later found the same product on eBay for half the price, and if you make a google search (or in youtube) "diaper bag with bed" you will find out that this is a generic product made in China who is being sold by different "brands" that buy it cheaper and sell it at a higher price to make profit. Use your money somewhere else! You have been warned!

Shipping took a bit of time, but that's to be expected with all that's going on in the world. But the bag is unbelievable! I bought it as a gift for a friend, but it was so good I bought one for myself. The quality is great, the features aren't gimmicky at all, it looks very neutral, unlike other changing bags. Would definitely recommend!

Naturalbaby ist sehr instabil, das Bettchen bleibt nicht stehen und fällt in sich zusammen. Ohne Bettchen wäre es wahrscheinlich ein netter Wickelrucksack
Leider war es nicht möglich, den Wickelrucksack zurückzugeben, obwohl mir dies zunächst per E-Mail angeboten wurde. Das Hauptanliegen des weiteren Mailkontaktes schien mir zu sein, mich zu überreden, meine Bewertung auf diesem Portal zu verbessern. Dies hätte ich nach einer Erstattung des Kaufpreises sicher gemacht. Nach der Erfahrung mit dem schlechten Service der Firma Natural Baby, scheint mir ein Stern aber eher noch zu viel

Naturalbaby is very unstable, the bed collapses. Without the bed it would probably be a nice changing backpack
Unfortunately, it was not possible to return the changing backpack, although I was initially offered to do so by email. The main concern of the further email contact seemed to be to make me improve my rating on this portal. I would have done this for sure after a refund of the purchase price. After experiencing the poor service from Natural Baby, one star seems to be too much

The package has now arrived and the backpack looks good. It is as immagined, nice looking and functional : )
