I placed my order on Natural Elements website and received confirmation immediately. My items were delivered by Royal Mail two days later. I am impressed by the speedyl of the delivery which makes it very convenient if you run low on a product or are going away and need supplies to take with you. Overall I feel I get a great service.

Products arrived quickly and as stated.
Certainly do the job they say they do, skin already feels softer and lubes reducing

Best product I've ever used. Rocessa moisture and oil. Amazing stuff is a little pricey but it's the only thing in the last 5yrs that actually works. So worth every penny. Usually last me 6 weeks

Amazing service provided by the owners. John clearly has vast knowledge on products that are extremely safe for my skin. This aligns with my knowledge of nutrition and foods which can heal me from chronic illness.

UPDATE: I have now tried their products. I find that their hypoallergenic products suit me perfectly, which is amazing as I have been looking for years for a product my skin would tolerate. I am very pleased with the quality of the products, the swift delivery, the meticulous packaging and thorough guidance. Highly recommend! ****I've not tried their products yet, but I am absolutely blown away by their customer service. I've filled out the questionnaire, to which John has emailed back seeking further clarification. We continued exchanging emails as John really seemed interested in understanding my skin conditions in order to provide me with the best advice. I'm now awaiting a sample kit that John has kindly put together for me. I've never experienced such personalised customer care before actually buying a product. I hope with all my heart their products will be just as good as their communication so far, but they have already gained my complete trust, that's for sure.

Pleased to find a natural skincare company in the UK which allow you buy small samples before buying full size products.
Getting on very well with the Restorative Serum for eczema around my eyes - so soothing - what a relief!
Haven't tried my other samples yet because I have v sensitive skin and lots of allergies, so I will pace my trialling of the other samples from the eczema product range.

I bought skincare products from this company, unfortunately I had a bad reaction, there was nothing wrong with my skin prior to using the products, I just wanted to use a natural product.
I have since found out from visiting a skin specialist that the products are not completely natural.
I contacted the owner Mr John Hamilton, and explained my issue, sending photos of my face from the reaction, only to be told that I had a skin condition before purchasing, which is absolutely not the case.
I have received some replies from my emails, but nothing from the last 2 or 3 I’ve sent, requesting a full refund, I have stated I will return all of the products.
I am now left with no alternative but to contact trading standards and citizen’s advice regarding my consumer rights.
Please think carefully before purchasing from this company.

I’ve bought quite a few products now and found the anti allergy face wash and body wash effective and calming. However the pre sun products have been a disaster. Currently on holiday with blisters. I did a review on their own page advising people to be very careful but they only seem to print the 5 star reviews. Not saying it’s their fault as I stayed out a bit longer in the sun than recommended. Delivery and service good so far.

I've used these for a couple of years now. I have Rosacea and the products for this skin issue is absolutely amazing and replaced the need for antibiotics from a doctor. The service is equally excellent. I ordered more products earlier today and they are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Can't recommend them enough

I have used Natural Elements for years, however, due to changes in my body, due to age, I cannot use the oils and moisturisers any more. I still use the face wash, and so far, no problems.

All the products I have purchased from Natural Elements have been excellent and the fact that they are not tested on animals and made in this country is a major plus for me.
