REPLY TO OWNER: I am not asking for money. Look at their Google reviews. Trustpilot verified my review after he reported it to confirm I've bought for this cheap company. Every review he thinks someone's out to get hum. Shows his state of mind more than anything.

Poor quality products, look like they have been repackaged from another as white label products. also bad attitude from John the owner.
After reading the reviews here and google maps, i realized he says every negative review is fake, conveniently, for whatever reason. STAY AWAY or Pay the price for poor quality, low grade chinese products.

The only stuff i can use on my exceptionally sensitive skin. Calms, smooths and plumps.

I'm a sufferer of blepharitis ... struggled for the last 18 months with nothing working to clear ....
I purchased a small tester (they included two other testers too)
Omg ... first time I used the renew serum it's been fantastic and seems to have calmed the sore red flakey skin....I'm carrying on with the tester until I can purchase the larger version 💕 thank you 👍

The only product that has ever calmed and eradicated my rosacea. Been using now for 7 rosacea free years.

Hamilton - you need to
understand what a scammer is. A scammer does not write bad reviews - they SCAM people out of money - hence the word SCAMMER. And I do not see any evidence of Blackmailing either (reply to Giambrone, 15.11.23 - by the way there is another spectacular spelling mistake at the end of that.....)

Disclosing how much a customer spent is a breach of confidentiality - even if it is a pal.

I have never ordered from you. I only deal with professional companies, not rude, disrespectful kitchen table top one man bands. No reputable company would respond in the manner you do.

Great fragrance and soothing on skin prone to rosacea

I came across these products purely by accident as I was looking for a gentle skin care range and these have been a Godsend. They are so easy to use - nicely packaged & delivery was quick & ordering was very easy. I’m delighted with them & will be using them from here on in - I'm so happy I found them

Why is the awful dishonest review made about natural elements allowed to stay on the site?
If all company's were as good and efficient as this company ,we would not need to write reviews.
The products are absolutely wonderful. Since I started using them my skin is smooth and much firmer, my husband of 43 years has even noticed the difference. So please ignore that terrible review.

Avoid at all costs! John is a scammer and was very helpful when it came to purchasing his products however when it came to returning some incorrectly purchased items, he ignored every email and even blocked my phone number.

When I eventually called him from a different number he stated that he never received any emails although I stated I would happily give him my email address so he can search his inbox, he refused to do so. He then became aggressive stating that he is under no obligation to return goods since the 14 day window has passed. I explained to him that I have sent him more than 5 emails spanning over 20 days and the only reason the 14 days has passed is due to him ignoring all communications. I now realise all communications were ignored on purpose just so he could avoid the return!

Please do not waste your time and money like I did and buy from a reputable seller!

Note, I have seen many 1 star reviews pointing out that their products are fake and that they are simply trying to scam consumers. From my experience I can verify this to be true as no reputable company would act in the manner that John has in dealing with me as a customer. It is clear they are after your money and do not care about the customer at all

I would be happy for anyone to contact me so I can show the validity of my complaint and prove I am not an AI generated complaint as the company has been claiming on other 1 star reviews

Edit post reply … please do not fall for Johns lies, it’s so shocking how he thinks he can lie in his responses and not think anything of it. The reputation of this company is undoubtedly dubious especially Johns reputation itself. What are his credentials? The website simply states he works with professionals, who are they exactly … Where are these 60,000 satisfied customers. They simply don’t exist.

There is no team behind this brand, 24 hours a day if you ring it’s John on the phone. No reputable company that claims to have 60,000 customers is run by a one man band

John can’t keep up with his own stories, in some comments he states he has 100,000 satisfied customers, in others it’s 50,000, now on my comment it’s 60,000?

This man is nothing but money hungry and will make up any story. As the saying goes, he’s the type of person to sell his grandma for a nickel

If anyone wants me to show proof of all I have claimed please contact me and I will be happy to share all with you. As soon as I asked to process the return all email communication from then on was ignored. When I rung him and asked to check his emails and was attempting to read my email address he simply refused to check and became aggressive. Please tell me any reputable company that would do such a thing.

Also please note all of the spelling and grammatical errors on his website. The time and care has not been put into making a presentable website do you think the necessary time and care has been put into these products?! John was recommending me products for eczema that were not even labelled for eczema on the website and when I questioned him on it he said he was too busy to make changes to the website. Again, showing this is a one man band probably working out of his garage or something.

In conclusion, do not waste your money like I did … I have severe eczema and to think John is trying to use the suffering of others to put money into his pocket makes him the lowest of the low.

Dont help, Bad products

Fake products copied of another company and they've just resold Chinese products (despite the 'made in UK' claims). Very obvious in terms of quality.

Also, judging by the other 1 star comments, they have a tendenacy to argue with customers which you should read for your entertainment to cheer you up after you realise you just bought an overpriced knock-off version.

They are just 2 people scamming people with the trademarked name immortals oil. their products are cheaply made, from china, and they are not even registered with the correct cosmetic regulating authority in the UK. Don't believe everything you read. Stay away.

I really struggle with eczema and Roseca and the hypersensitive wash has been incredible. My skin loves it and not irritated at all. Can feel a difference in my skin. So glad I found it.

Immortal oil…..
I live in NZ but was on holiday in UK when I ordered the Immortal oil - I was impressed at how quickly it came and I love the product itself. I’d happily recommend it

I Bought the risacea face kit of the face wash, oil and moisturiser and overall it was a really good product. I could feel my skin was hydrated and oil was not too bad despite my hesitancy on using it. Unfortunately the results were not great on my rosacea and did not see any improvement. Overall the product is really good just a shame it didn't help with my rosacea.

Great company. Used the samples to see which one worked better and then ordered full size products.
Fast postage and already an improvement to my skin. Look forward to using to see longer term results. Thankyou
