I take it twice day. I have been taking Semenax for over 30 days and have noticed an increase in pleasure and increase in volume of semen. I am very pleased with the product and would recommend it to anyone wishing to increase their semen volume and pleasure upon ejaculation. will continue to take Semenax as I am very pleased with the product.
I recommend you try it, it's fantastic.
