The designs are beautiful however after buying a number of pairs of shoes they have fallen apart within a few light wears. Scuffs on leather, rips as seams. This is something I've never experienced with supposedly genuine leather or even highstreet shop shoes
Placed an order and didnt realise 'final sale' items cannot be returned. Ive ordered 'sale' items but its unclear if these can be returned. Ive emailed USA & UK offices as well as ringing the USA & Uk to clarify. No one is picking up. The money (£669) has gone out of my account even though it shouldnt have been taken until the items were dispatched. Im gutted as may have made a huge mistake in ordering 'sale' items that are none returnable. If this is the case a warning at the point of sale should be issued!
Originally had an issue with a cancelled order. I reordered again and it came in the specified time. I also emailed after the order and they replied within 3 hours. After a shaky start. I would use the company again. Haven't seen the boots yet as not at home but I really hope they fit
