I ordered a product and immediately I knew it was a scam site, tried reaching out to them, not possible. Their email is always in spam and they keep telling me my order has been cancelled and I have been refunded. After 1week, they debited me. I reported the case to klarna and they are on it now. Avoid this site, don't fall victim

SCAM, avoid at all costs. I ordered mole remover pen £32.96 2/6/25 including £1.98 transportation protection. It says its at Yodel sorting centre since 13/6/25. Its not bugding.
I have emailed them asking for refund.

Naturalogi are fraudulently using Diabetes UK Logo to legitimise their substandard quality products and services. They do not have permission to use the Diabetes UK Logo, they are not affiliated with Diabetes UK and their products are not endorsed by Diabetes UK

Ordered weight loss product, while ordering price jump from £24 to £32 but I received a email saying another product requires paying for.

Product coming from China but company based in USA. But then parcel is stuck in Istanbul.
Told to put tracking number into royal mail website for info,,,,,,r mail don't aknolage email
Luckily I paid by PayPal and a refund initiated. SCAM

I ordered a wart and mole remover laser pen, I also paid for express delivery. Over 10 days later the wrong product was delivered. They claim to have 24/7 support which can only be emailed to, 3 emails and 2 weeks on from delivery of the wrong product, still waiting for a reply. I think the whole thing is a scam, do not waste your money.

I placed an order with this company in good faith. I've now received an email asking if I'm sure I want to cancel my payment for my order. I didn't ask for my order to be cancelled and I also didn't email the company asking for my order to be cancelled. IMO , this is a scam so dont waste your money.
