At this point, it looks like they either canât fulfill orders or simply ignore customers once theyâve paid. Had to initiate a chargeback through my bank.

Horrible shipping potential scam
This is the second time Iâm trying to reach out and write a review. I ordered on April 4th and itâs been over 2 weeks. No order confirmation, tracking number, no responses. Everytime I send a request or email they respond that they donât ship on fridays and saturdays and that there warehouse is in California. It just some automated message and Iâm almost sure that this is a scam. Please respond or I will file a scam with my bank. Severely disappointed I thought this would be a good product and company.

I ordered on the 4th of April 2026 and it is now the 17th of April 2026 and the order status hasnât even yet been confirmed let alone shipped. I tried to reply or send emails but it keeps giving me errors and the email addresses donât work.
