We use only the best natural, raw materials and transform them into our exceptional designs. All of this happens in our own workshop in Aarhus, Denmark. It is located above a bouldering gym, so we can test all of our new designs immediately and adjust them until they are perfect. UPS asks me to ask NC to file a complain but they never answered my emails.
*UPDATE* : they answered me beginning of Jan. Package has been declared lost and they are sending me a new one.

God oplevelse, kendte ikke siden på forhånd, men blev glædeligt overrasket. Leveringen tog lidt længere tid end jeg troede, men ikke sådan at det betød noget overhovedet - og så tror jeg også, at det var postcentralen der havde lang tid om at sortere grundet mængden af pakker :-)

Excellent Vision
What I like most is the vision of the company. It's refreshing to see skilled craftsmanship at work instead of mass-produced products. It's rare that a material item sparks a lot of joy for me, but knowing that the materials are sustainably sourced, coupled with skilled hands-on work, and a beautiful finish, makes me so excited to own and use a piece of art.
I also really appreciated all of the updates, and the website layout/imagery. It feels great to be supporting a company that prioritizes the environment and is very passionate about what they do. Much love from Squamish, Canada!!

They got my order wrong (fixed)
They got my order wrong. When i contacted them through chat, they ignored my messages.
Update: They fixed my order. Was quite a bit of extra waiting. They send me free chalk as an apology, but i don't need chalk and the bag had a hole so now there's a bunch of chalk dust floating around in my room...
