We use only the best natural, raw materials and transform them into our exceptional designs. All of this happens in our own workshop in Aarhus, Denmark. It is located above a bouldering gym, so we can test all of our new designs immediately and adjust them until they are perfect. Fast and kind troubleshooting
I orderd two grips, they got to me crossing borders within a week. The packaging was very secure.
Unfortunately one of the holds was faulty (had a gap between wood and granit), but after I send an eMail stating my concerns I got a response within a workday and a new hold shipped on the next. Contact was very direct and the holds feel amazing!
Great service and product, will recommend and maybe purchase more

They went above and beyond to help me!
Mads went above and beyond to help me with my order after just missing out on the new years sale. Product is 5 stars, price and shipping time 5 stars, customer service would get at least 6. Highly recommended.
