The naturedoc online shop is fabulous too. My kids love a delivery of healthy snacks. And i love knowing it is doing their second brain (gut) good

If you may sceptical about this website, fear not. This is a genuine and super helpful family run business that you can trust. Along with this site, I also checked them out on LinkedIn. I sent an email for a stock check because this item is basically out of stock every where in the UK! I got a response back within minutes. I placed my order on the weekend and got a free delivery first thing Monday morning. Thank you Christopher for your help!

I bought fish oil in a glass bottle and the lid was broken when trying to open it. Sent an email to support team who replied back saying it is not their fault and added they sell it cheaper than Amazon! They said it looks like it has been dropped or tightly closed and these bottles required to looked after. Rather than standing behind their product they advised me how to look after it. Since the lid is broken and I can not keep it safe I had to bin the whole bottle and lost money and my trust to this website. Never recommend it to anyone

The ADHD Course was incredibly informative and I believe will help many people with ADHD. A great team effort!

I purchased Colloidal Silver Magic Gel 80 ml -£24 for a recurring heat rash. It did not work for me and I used the whole jar.
They sent me an email to rate their product. When I tried to leave a 1 star review it would not let me save the review. A message came up saying 'you took too long, please try again' I tried numerous times with lightning speed with no joy. Which led me to believe if you don't leave a 5 star rating it will not let you save your review as the only reviews on the website were 5 star. I believe in transparency which is why I'm leaving a review on another platform as the product is not cheap. And the only reason I bought their 'Magic' gel
was because of the 5 star reviews.
