I’ve had a few of their overpriced items, none of which have worked but I’ve not sent them back due to the cost of postage.
Latest is I got and email saying something I got 6 months ago was on a subscription - something I wasn’t aware of - that they were going to be sending me another 6 months supply (I didn’t take them all before as I saw no results).
I emailed saying I hadn’t realised they were on subscription but that I didn’t want them. I got an email saying I hadn’t realised to ring them to cancel but before I had chance to I got another email saying they’d been dispatched.
Well I suppose now I’ll have chance to see how they process refunds.
If you’re reading this because you are thinking about ordering, don’t bother

While Ancient Roots Olive oil seems perfectly satisfactory as regards taste (as do many other premium EV olive oils), the price is not merely high, it is ridiculous.

As to Natures Gift bone broth, my butcher sells beef bones for about £ 2.30 per kilos; other ingredients, onions, carrots, leeks, celery etc would be less than £1 to produce 1 1/2 litres of bone broth. Nearly £40 for five sachets of the product seems even more absurd than the olive oil l.

I have placed order for coffee. First, the pack arrived open from one side, they were 5 small s. in the pack left. I've tried one sachets and was full of sugar/ sweetener. Contacted the email address for contacts, didn't look they read the email I've send and replied that my order will be shortly with me, to this I've replied to read the email that I've send properly, because I already received the order, that is not my issue. I've send 3 emails since then, no reply yet. Avoid them as the products are not as described and shocking customer service.
