Buying and receiving parcel all easy to do.

First time using B12 and wanted a product with nothing else added to the ingredients.

Brilliant customer service, and high quality products. A blood test showed that my B12 levels have increased since using the supplement, and I have felt much better in myself since taking the D3+K2, and the magnesium glycinate. I love the fact there are no nasty ingredients, and the supplements are in a bioavailable form so they are absorbed effectively. The droppers are great because if you want to slightly reduce the dose it is easy to do so, the same with the magnesium as it is four pills for the recommended daily dose. Thank you Nature Provides :)

Excellent products, with no additives.

Bought this to try due to low energy hormone levels, moods swings really bad hot sweats then to feeling freezing cold along with aching joints and memory loss. I did a thorough read up on what this can do for both male/female and also because a really good nurse was promoting it so I thought it has got to be good. It's been a few days now and I have noticed a difference already, I don't usually get out of bed and start to do anything other than make a tea/coffee and sit while scrolling through my email but the first morning after drinking this in hot milk as recommended I got up from bed and started my day without making tea also didn't sit scrolling through emails either I just got straight to doing what I needed to do and I genuinely felt good, no tiredness or sluggish so definitely given me energy so far, I am going through the menopause and my periods have not been regular monthly for a few months now but I can always tell when I'm about to have one by my mood changes hot sweats and really painful breasts I had just had one the week before I purchased this so by the next one I should be able to tell if there is a difference in my hormones mood etc and I can always come back to update this review then but so far so good especially with my energy and feel good hormones.

I can’t believe how good their Magnesium Glycinate is! My other one just made me poop. This one doesn’t do that, and I get an AMAZING nights sleep. I feel so relaxed when I take it. Thank you.
