HORRIBLE company never got my product now the website is gone

I just wanted to share how much I’m loving my drops I’ve been using their products for about three weeks now and I’ve honestly noticed such a difference. I’ve got new little baby hairs growing along my hairline, which I wasn’t expecting at all, and my energy levels have gone up so much.

I feel clearer, more refreshed, and just overall better in myself. It’s only been a short time, but I’m really impressed with the results so far. Definitely excited to keep going and see what else improves.

It was a very long wait for my drops, but we'll worth it!

I purchased this product probably 6 months ago so in mid 2025. I received a personal note from Naturesours saying I had a choice and thanking me for the purchase. It’s tough to start a business. Have some compassion and give people and businesses a second chance. Not a 3rd. ;)

Cannot cancel subscription which I never actually agreed to. Have had real problems had to involve bank and still not sorted.
Cannot reach the company but as soon as payment blocked got immediate message saying pay!!! Avoid at all costs

I am trying to get a hold of you the email support@Naturesours is no longer I would like to know where my order is I placed on December 6 and I would like to make sure I’m not subscribed to anything because an email said I’m subscribed although I didn’t ever want/choose that! So I would like to talk to someone but how? Can someone please help?

This company is a SCAM!
Don’t purchase from them!
I ordered in December of 2024 and never got anything!
I emailed them four times asking for an update and they kept saying “were waiting for the shipper to reply”.
So… Twice now i’ve asked for a refund (to just move on) and now they’re copying my own email request and sending it back to me.
If I could give them zero stars I would!

No product no contact no refund

This company does not deliver on orders it’s appalling. I ordered over a month ago & nothing

The company address given is in Switzerland but the product is shipped from China. Furthermore, the product is mislabeled, raising concerns about its authenticity.

I placed a order by mistake then emailed them straight away asking if they are organic? As bottle doesn't state on the site! They ignored my emails and shipped the order? Greedy grabbing company

I ordered this product from Naturesoours because it was located in the United States! However, they neglect to tell you that it ships from China!!! I placed my order on 8-8-25 & still haven't received it, it is now stalled in California!!! Buyers BEWARE, there IS NO CONTACT PHONE to call and trying to cancel a subscription is very DIFFICULT, the page tells you that it takes 2 billing cycles to Cancel...this is NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!! BTW, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY FIRST ORDER YET AND TODAY IS 8/30/25

1. The package and website state the product is certified organic; however it is lacking the USDA certification stamp. Several attempts to clarify were unsuccessful and circular ( see our website).
2. Asked re country of origin : evasive answers. The country of shipping was China.
3. Their return policy is a joke. You have to mail it to Switzerland. Costs as much as the product. Even though the person who mailed it to me is in New York.
4. I requested the third party testing report for the product I received. What I received was a joke. It was redacted in several areas and not authentic and did not identify the product being tested.
4 as for the quality of the product. I can't say too much. It is overall much lighter in color and flavor then other soursop/graviola products I've used. I give naturesours to my pets as I only use certified organic supplements.
Overall I think this company is a fraud and a scam

Total con. Paid for expedited shipping. It’s coming from China wish I had checked here first DO NOT BUY

Please please buyer beware I ordered from company never received the product last update was that was held in custom nothing after that never delivered I reached out refund or product Do Not do Business you could regret your choice and loss your money....

Very unprofessional company, I received 4 bottles when I ordered 1 and of course no refund

Update! I got my money returned by the fraud department through
my bank, call them asap to get your money returned

i contacted the fraud department through my bank others should do the same so this company is quickly identified, they may also be able refund your money if you report it to the Fraud Department asap

It took months to arrive and then what I received has no country of origin, no paperwork, spelling mistakes on the packaging. all in all I would NEVER risk putting these drops in my body no matter the £50 I have lost

This Company is from China and a rip off don’t buy ANY FROM THEM… NO 800 number, nor a way to get in touch with anybody, nor will they answer any emails don’t do business with this company… The better Business Bureau will be investigating them…

Never received my order, I ordered months ago and they won't answer emails. How can I get my money back. Not happy

The product arrives, but the customer service is non existent. So you get no support at all if you have a problem.
