Order hasn't actually been handed into shipping, marked as shipped however seller hadn't handed in the package and I keep attempting contact with no response. Would have loved to have had a good experience but this isn't the case. Hopefully PayPal can help me cause I'm worried i got scammed?

Usually this Seller is great but 34 days later still not done processing no communication Attemted to contact support multiple times had to now open a paypal dispute. Order 8788 for thier referance

Order came through nicely. Wasn't any delay the products were in good condition and didn't have any flaws from what I could tell

It has said “on its way, since Jan 21 no updates since the shipment was lost or something

Order has been processing for over two months, no updates, zero communication from the seller despite repeated attempts to contact regarding status of the order. They were very quick to take my money though.

Genuinely dogshit experience with this company, they may be cheaper than Bad Dragon and other companies and local to Europe, but they do not respond to emails (Sent 2 emails so far, oldest is almost 3 weeks old), do not help you with anything, and are extremely lazy to the point that they wait until literally last minute to do anything with your order. Also, they use Shopify as a base for their website. Don't order from Naughty Fox.

Cancelled my order the day after making it. Never received the order but they never refunded me either???

No response from customer service, DEFINITELY haven't enjoyed this experience. Having to get in touch with my bank for it.

Its been almost two months and I still have not received my item.
I asked to cancel it as it was a gift for someones birthday... no response.
I did not order a custom toy and I paid for two day shipping yet still nothing.
The lack of communication from this company is awful.
For better products at less then half the price just stick to bad dragon.
Horrible company.

Update: After opening a Paypal case for fraud/item not being received, I waited for nearly a week for them to reply to that. They never did, so I ended up having to escalate the case at which point Paypal stepped in on my behalf. After that, they apparently finally responded to Paypal in pretty short order. It was only a day or two. I sent them yet another email sometime while this was all going on and they still never replied. After escalating, they provided a tracking number to Paypal, finally. That was the only update of any kind I got from them, if you can even call it that. I don't know if the item had been shipped already and the timing was coincidental, but given how everything else went it almost seemed like they didn't ship the item until after I had escalated the case through Paypal. I got the item relatively shortly thereafter and all was as well as it could be all things considered, at least in terms of getting what I paid for. I'm still upset that they didn't reply to a single one of my emails. Not one. It took way more of my time than it should have as well as submitting and escalating a fraud/refund case through Paypal before they did anything at all. It seems like they don't care about providing a good customer experience at all. They didn't even try. The item I got was good quality and I have no issues there, but given how things went down I still will NEVER give them business again and can't recommend that anyone else does either. They apparently didn't find my original review fair for whatever reason and tried to have it removed by flagging it for defamation. But everything I've said is 100% true and fair. I've since received the item as I mentioned, so I can't now say that the store is fraudulent which is why I've left this update to tell the whole story. But at that time since they hadn't responded to me at all, I had no reason to believe that they weren't actually trying to rip me off. So I leave the rest to you to draw your own conclusions about how this company does business and treats its customers.

Original review: Fraudulent store. I placed my order well over a month ago and have tried to contact them half a dozen times. I've gotten literally zero response. I've opened a Paypal case for the fraudulent transaction and they still haven't replied. They just want my money but haven't changed order status or send me a product. Total SCAM.

Overall I am very happy - the quality is great. The prices are always lower than other brands that sell similar size & shape. I always tend to circle back to naughty fox when looking for yet another toy, as the others don‘t have, what I wanted. Currently my no. 1 Brand. Afaik the Company only consist of 3 people, taking this into account, the shipment is outstandingly fast.

Very good price especially with the discount code I got from them, quality of the products is great haven't had issues with them at all. But they don't give you a storage bag and order processing takes quit a bit

Hi Product arrived today the item is fantastic,highly recommended ,the delivery arrived unannounced however,except for the mixup at the start no complaints

I bought some things the 2nd of September and i got a message the 23rd of September saying it was handed to dlh but now 10 days later what they say is the max time for within Europe. I legit live in the Netherlands wich is next to germany and it hasnt even entered my country yet

They are awesome. Love the tiny toys. I wish there was more variety in shapes and colours, but otherwise they are fabulous.

I received my order on time, the Finnish post was being slow tho but that’s not this company’s fault. I got exactly what I ordered, the quality is amazing and my purchases have been very very useful.
