We had the best week sailing around Mallorca for a special birthday. The crew were very attentive and the food was amazing. We loved every minute of our trip with Nautica Collective and hope to do another trip soon. Would highly recommed!

I was very lucky to be invited on a Nauctia Collective trip as a mini honeymoon. Myself & my husband had a fantastic time & would highly recommend to anyone wanting a more luxury boutique experience.
Our trip was in Mallorca with Tiffany as our host & Jorge was our skipper, they both went above and beyond and made us feel like we were the only people on the trip. The cabins are spacious enough & you don't feel on top of each other. We were also very pleased with the quality of fresh food provided & as a pescatarian, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience.

The Most Special Way to Experience Mallorca
We recently spent four days sailing with Nautica Collective around Mallorca, and it was genuinely one of the best holidays we've ever had.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt incredibly well organised and thoughtfully planned. Each day brought beautiful swim stops in stunning coves and bays that you simply wouldn't discover as a typical tourist. Having paddleboards and floats available made the experience even more enjoyable, and the team's recommendations ashore were always spot on.

A particular highlight was the food. Every meal was fresh, creative and absolutely delicious, with plenty of thought given to personal preferences, making the whole experience feel very bespoke.

What truly sets Nautica Collective apart, however, is the people. The crew create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between professional service and genuine friendship. Nothing ever felt forced or overly formal; instead, you feel completely looked after while still being able to relax and enjoy yourself.

The small-group format also made the trip incredibly special. We met some wonderful people, shared lots of laughs, great conversations and a few glasses of wine, while still having plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

It's clear that an enormous amount of care has gone into every detail of the experience. The result is something that feels luxurious yet relaxed, sociable yet exclusive, and completely unforgettable.

If you're looking for a unique holiday that combines adventure, incredible scenery, fantastic food and wonderful company, I couldn't recommend Nautica Collective highly enough. We're already talking about where we'll sail with them next.

My partner and I sailed with Nautica Collective in Mallorca and we’re still dreaming about those 4 days at sea!

Check-in was super smooth and host Tiff and chef James were 10/10 throughout. The food was delicious, with everything prepared with skill, care and excellent local ingredients. We’re still obsessed with the roasted red pepper dip and continue to make it at home!

We had such a magical time, made a bunch of new friends who we’re still in touch with and will definitely be back.

We had the best time celebrating a 50th birthday with Nautica Collective! The yachts were beautiful, clean and really comfortable. Everything was so well organised, and the crew made the whole experience feel really special. The chef was fantastic and even surprised us with a birthday cake, which was such a lovely touch! Would definitely recommend!

I work with Nautica Collective as a collaborator/provider. I am quite happy with the whole team, they seem professional, open to feedback and adjustments required and easy to deal with. The last one is very important during the high season when everyone is constantly stressed.
From the total of 6 weeks we did in collaboration with them, both parties definitely learned and were able to adjust minor details.
We continue working with Nautica for the next summer 2027 and hope for more successful charters together!

I had the most amazing holiday with Nautica Collective this summer. I'm new to sailing, so I was really nervous about spending a whole week on the water, praying I didn’t get sea sick! But my skipper, Umbi, and the rest of the team made me feel totally at ease from day one.

Seeing the islands from the boat was a really unique experience. We got to see so much in a week, yet it never felt rushed.

And the food, wow, it was top tier, I could get used to 3 courses for breakfast lunch and dinner :-)
I'm already hoping to come back again, next time with my family!

I am leaving this review because Nautica actively tries to remove negative reviews. Prospective customers deserve an honest account of my experience before committing significant money and valuable holiday time to one of their trips.

I booked Nautica Collective’s 5-night Mallorca retreat, comprising 3 nights aboard a catamaran and 2 nights at a villa, with accommodation, food and drinks included. It was significantly more expensive than several other sailing trips I’ve been on, but they promised a luxury experience, so I justified the higher price.

However, the reality was far from what was promised. In terms of value for money, this was the single worst trip I’ve been on, despite travelling frequently and regularly booking premium holidays.

To start with, the Nautica team seemed to have very little local knowledge, and none of the ground staff we encountered spoke the local language. We didn't even get any local food, and speaking of food, this was one of the most disappointing aspects of the experience. Portion sizes were inadequate, with very little protein, snacks were pre-packaged products, and some breakfasts consisted of stale, supermarket food rather than freshly prepared options. Drinks preferences requested for and shared in advance were not even catered for, leaving limited choices onboard.

The second major disappointment was the sailing itself, or rather, the lack of sailing. The advertised route was abandoned due to poor weather on the first evening, which was understandable. However, no meaningful effort was made to recover any of the promised UNESCO route over the following days, even when weather conditions were perfect. Instead, the boat remained near crowded local bays that we could easily have visited from land. This was a huge letdown for a trip marketed around a sailing experience.

The ground logistics were just as bad. We were told it would be easy to get a taxi from the town we were visiting to the villa. In reality, every taxi we tried refused to take us because of the villa’s location, leaving us to take a bus and walk along a busy highway and uphill to get to the villa. I mention this because it highlights the wider lack of local knowledge and forward planning.

There were numerous other issues like no water on our first night at the villa, causing us to hold all toilet visits overnight and into the morning!

Overall, this was an expensive and deeply disappointing experience. The issue wasn’t simply that plans changed, but that the quality of the food, the lack of sailing and the poor logistics fell so far short of what was advertised. I would not book again or recommend Nautica Collective to anyone looking for a quality, well-run experience.

We participated in Nautica Collective's 5.5-day, 5-night retreat in Mallorca, which included 3 nights aboard a catamaran and 2 nights at a villa, with food, drinks, and accommodation included. As experienced travelers who frequently book premium holidays, we found the overall operational execution fell drastically short of what was advertised. While Nautica did offer a partial refund that we accepted to settle matters, it did not compensate for the cumulative operational failures, and the experience was simply not worth the price paid.

* Lack of Communication: Major operational decisions, route changes, and property logistics were handled without advance notice or guest consultation. When plans shifted, there was a complete lack of clarity offered regarding our actual options.
* Change of Itinerary: The advertised sailing route was abandoned, resulting in very limited time under sail. While we fully understand that sea and weather conditions vary and safety comes first, we expected a premium charter team to proactively manage and curate an interesting alternative route, or attempt a partial itinerary recovery, rather than simply lingering in basic local bays.
* Sub-Par Catering & Drinks Provisions: Onboard catering fell far short of a high-end experience, featuring inadequate meal portions, basic supermarket-packaged snacks (which even replaced cooked options for some breakfasts), and ignored preference forms that left beverage choices severely restricted.
* Mismanaged Ground Logistics: The team demonstrated an inability to organize or even anticipate ground logistics. A premium operator should react quickly and manage transit seamlessly rather than using last-minute planning as an excuse, especially when destination and port changes were known in advance.

This September we went on a 4-day, 3-night sailing trip with Nautica Collective, and honestly, it was one of the most special holidays we’ve ever had.

The itinerary was amazingly well organised, with stunning swim spots every day in gorgeous little coves along Mallorca’s west coast. It’s such a unique way to experience the island, discovering hidden corners that most people never get to see. There were paddleboards and floats available too, which made exploring the beautiful surroundings even more fun. Nautica Collective also gave us brilliant recommendations for places to visit and things to do whenever we stopped off, so definitely take their advice, they’ve clearly done the research!

A special mention has to go to James, the chef, who was absolutely amazing. Every day, he prepared the most incredible dishes, each one unique, delicious and beautifully thought out. You also get to share your food preferences beforehand, so everything feels really personal.

What really makes this experience stand out, though, is the team. The staff work together so seamlessly that they create the most gorgeous, calm, relaxed and fun atmosphere. They somehow become your friends rather than just your hosts, while still being completely professional. You feel looked after, pampered and genuinely cared for from start to finish.

Travelling with a small group was another highlight. We were lucky enough to have the most wonderful mix of interesting, diverse people, and it made the whole trip even more special. There’s also plenty of space on the yacht to find a quiet corner and read or have some time to yourself if you want to (although we barely did, there was far too much fun to be had sharing wine and chatting away!).

You can tell there has been so much thought put into every detail, from the itinerary and the onboard experience to the branding and overall feel of the company. Everything feels considered, elevated and effortlessly high-end, without ever feeling stuffy. It’s a truly special way to travel – luxurious, relaxed, sociable and just the right amount of being spoilt.

If you’re looking for something a little different that combines adventure, incredible food, beautiful scenery, great people and a genuine sense of escape, I couldn’t recommend Nautica Collective more highly. It’s an absolute must-do, and we’re already dreaming about doing it all over again in another destination!

They are incredibly open to feedback, keen to ensure that you are supported and have created some very unique trips that I have worked on this year.
Tiff deserves a shout out for going above and beyond in her delivery as the operations lead, no task too big or daunting and her steely determination to make every trip above client expectations make her a joy and absolute pleasure to work alongside. Her ability to adapt, relentless work ethic and curation of an exceptional service is a credit to her and Nautica.

We sailed to Mallorca on two catamarans. I was the captain of Bali 4.6 (2024). My crew consisted of young professionals united by a same dream: Traveling the Seas. You might call them "freaks," but I’d say they are *wanderlust*.
Lucy and Tiffany handled the transfers and provisioning. James, our chef, prepared Michelin-quality meals using ordinary ingredients. There was also someone named Stacey on the other boat... but I don't know her — “who is this ‘mysterious’ Stacey”?

We visited the North and West part of Mallorca with overnights in Port Sóller and Port Andratx. In the day, we stopped in different ‘calas’ with crystal-clear water for breakfast and lunch, while spending our evenings anchored on the harbors.

What a fabulous holiday we had with Nautica Collective. From the first magical sunrise on deck to the last beautiful sunset meal with our group everything on our catamaran was exceptional. The captain Olek was friendly and knowledgeable, even teaching us a few things throughout the week. Food was fresh and delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Cabin's were cosy but you didn't spend much time in them. I can't thank the Team enough for the best holiday ever and can't wait to come back!!

Omg, I had the most incredible experience sailing around Mallorca with Nautica Collective!! I didn’t want the trip to end and I can’t wait to do it all over again. Literally, everything was thoughtfully curated, from the minute we arrived and boarded the catamaran from the welcome drinks to the Nautica branded welcome items in our cabins to the friendly crew greeting us with big smiles. It was great! What I loved most was the intimacy of the experience. The smaller group size made it easy to connect with everyone onboard and it felt like I was sailing with old friends. Also being able to just relax, swim, take in the scenery and simply enjoy being on the water was amazing! The crew was attentive, knowledgeable and made the entire experience feel seamless. Having a private chef onboard was also a MAJOR highlight … I mean breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday was beautifully prepared and there was something so special about coming back from a swim and having a meal waiting for me with the Mediterranean as the backdrop. Like what?! I was living the dream. I also loved the balance between sailing, swimming in beautiful coves, I even tried paddle boarding for the first time and loved it. Being able to get off the yacht to explore places like Sóller was fun too. I rode the tram into Old Town and saw the most beautiful rooftop sunset in Sóller 😍 This was truly one of those trips that genuinely exceeded my expectations and gave me a completely different appreciation for yacht travel. I would absolutely recommend Nautica Collective to anyone looking for a social, elevated, fun, relaxing and unforgettable way to experience Mallorca. 5 stars from me!!!
