Bracelet is high quality, delivery was fast, everything was as it should be.
One little thing - engravement (it's free) is barely visible on black shackle.

Thank you! Yes, true, on the black colour the engraving is grey-ish and less visible than on other colours.

Break Time are the most beautiful

Break Time are the most beautiful nautical bracelets I found. It is easy to see that the owners are passionate about their work and they love to make beautiful products for their customers. And also they are very involved in the community life.

The real thing

We always recommend Break Time to our guests as the real thing. Super helpful and friendly service and because bracelets are made on the premises, everything can be personalised. Plus there’s always something new in store. I really like their new shackles bracelet and charms.

Quality is OK, expensive bracelet overal

Quality is OK, communication with vendor is OK, at the time that I was ordering my bracelet they didn't have extra large, so for that 1 cm longer bracelet I needed to pay more and discount wasn't applicable on that model. Nowadays, the bracelets are expensive and shipping is very costly. Today they have XL version of some bracelets so there is no need for custom order

Hi, Luka. I could not find any orders matching the email address you provided with your review. We usually do not charge more for making longer bracelets (we had a customer who wanted 25cm long bracelet, for instance, and we charged the same price). As for discounts, they not always apply to all collections and they do not usually apply to custom orders, that is true. I wish I could reply more to the point, but again, I do not have a better reference as to what name the orders was on or when etc. Mirela

Hi, Karla. I am sorry to hear the red rope faded so quickly. We value you as our customer (this was your fourth order with us, so I am assuming you were happy with the previous orders), so we would be happy to replace that rope for free whenever you are in Split, just stop by our shop. Mirela
