Product is good quality

Ordered this Ceylon cinnamon, thought on purchasing it was a NZ website but after payment it was clear it was coming from overseas. Tracking information kept uptodate. Took a while to arrive but when it did it was great. Slightly coarser Ceylon cinnamon but very aromatic, lovely product. Appears to have been sourced from India. Thank you

I have previously ordered the product from a different company, but it appears they don't sell it in quantity anymore. I ordered from Navafresh this time and will again as the price was very good, the product came well packaged and on time.

Everything is good

I ordered a NYTRYD neck and shoulder wrap weighted microwaveable hot and cold compress for a Christmas present. The beads melted through which obviously made it unusable as well as dangerous. I contacted navafresh to let them know as well as sent a photo but they took no responsibility and advised me to contact the company they on sold it from. However they would not even give me the address I could contact them on. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from this company. Very disappointing.

I have no shipping information? My payment is Singapour? I thought it was NZ based? Eleven days in and no information!!!!!!!!!!! The reviews I am reading are horrendous. I would not have bought from you if I read them. I am waiting for an order: ORDER NZ-NV#P392920148 ... Lugol's Iodine 5% Solution.

Great service. Order arrived quickly

Poor rating for the following reasons:
1. It was not clear that the item is located in India
2. When I paid online I first received an error message stating that account could not be verified, so I tried again, before I realised that the initial payment had actually been processed. Almost resulted in a double order (lucky I canceled the second attempt in time)
3. It took the seller more than 1 week to dispatch the item
4. I am unable to track the “Shiprocket delivery” because the OTP for buyer verification is not arriving on repeated attempts, although my phone number is correct.
I would not recommend this seller, rather pay 20 or 30% more and get a good, fast and reliable service.

Add on: I received an apology for the delayed dispatch from the seller (due to high volumes), thank you. The seller did not address the other issues mentioned in my review.

Add on 28/5: I received the product in good order. The company has made an effort to send it by DHL and after the initial delays in dispatch the delivery was reasonably quick considering it was coming from India. I increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Other cautions remain in place.

Quick delivery and correct products dispatche.

I was seeking a Pukka Teas product that came in 20 tea bags per pack and retail in NZ around NZ$10 (say $0.50 each)
They also are sold in an outer of 10 packs in Moore Wilson. This tea I wanted was out of stock in NZ.
Navafresh had this item for sale at NZ$103 including freight and I assumed it was an outer. I paid for his and later received 1 single packet of 20 bags.
Despite several attempts to correct the situation, they lied their way through this and refused to respond.
I pointed out that on their NZ version of their website, they had the single packet item priced at $103 instead of $10.30!
I pointed out that their cost to me was $5.00 per single tea bag! - but they would not respond - claimed it was because of freight from the USA!
Said they would look into it but nothing has happened!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.....

I have a complete list of the emails back and forth with Navafresh including the order number with all of the requested information. Not once have they shown any recognition of their error. I have logged back on to their website and they have changed their pricing of the product and reduced it down by around 20% but it is still no where near NZ$10 per box.

This website is designed to make you to thinking it is NZ based. In is NOT. Don’t be fooled.
I ordered an Easter gift, thinking I was buying locally. I didn’t receive and shipping notification for over a week and when I chased it up it became clear this is an overseas company. I immediately asked to cancel my order and get a refund but was told this was not possible.
My order eventually arrived but was in terrible condition and too late. It went in the bin. Total waste of money. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS WEBSITE.

EDIT (22/04/24): Despite their reply below, I have NOT received any email from Navafresh regards resolving my complaint or offering a refund for substandard product.

We ordered Mango seeds powder; the cost was 63.20 for 1kg; shipping was 9.95; At checkout the cost became 83.15. After clicking on pay now; Money got deducted from our card, and We did not receive any confirmation online or in our email. we tried to call the number on their website it goes to voice mail. This website looks like scam. Don't ever buy anything from this site. Don't know if they are collecting info or doing something.
Later Update
The order confirmation came on 9th April. No confirmation that payment has gone through after paying Pay Now button. It would be nice to get immediate confirmation. We also got shipping details, we are waiting for the product.

WARNING!! - DO NOT BUY FROM navafresh.nz.

For months I thought I was scammed, as the company did not respond to any emails or phone calls asking about my order. Not even a courtesy reply. My ordered product (Lugols Iodine) did eventually arrive, however, the quality was so bad that I threw it out and bought elsewhere.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME - BUY ELSEWHERE!!!

UPDATE: I see they have responded below - it is a lie!! They have not emailed me (I checked my spam too)!! They are a pack of lying thieves!!

It’s look fraud company I did Oder 70$ hade massage machine while Oder showing few days delivery and after that got email for few weeks , I did cancel my Oder and wants refund they not giving me even reply back after few emails not even got back money .. very disappointing be careful my reference num : P438979215
