I had a breast augmentation. It’s been something I have wanted for years but for some reason just got scared and never went through with it.

I did a LOT of research and the reviews of Dr Jallali and photos of work made me decide that he was the right surgeon. I was right.

I wanted a really natural look which Dr Jallali took onboard and so put the implants under my muscle.

All the staff were so polite, kind and put me tight on ease as on the day I was pretty nervous. I want to thank them all so much.

The only thing I wish that I could change? I wish I’d of done it 5 years ago.

I had a great experience with my Breast Augmentation. Dr Navid Jallali was very professional and reassured me about the procedure and what to expect. My surgery date was on the 10th of August and my recovery was extremely smooth. I was also supported by Dr Jallali’s PA, Charlotte, who made sure that I was well during my recovery period. Overall, my BA experience was fantastic and I couldn’t be more happier with the results.

Navid Jallali was fantastic. During my consultation he really listened to what I wanted, told me what would be possible with him as my surgeon and was very positive in general. Having had consultations with other surgeons first Navid Jallali was the kindest and really tried to understand what I wanted, including looking at images of what I wanted and explaining the differences between each image and what was possible, which with previous surgeons had not happened and showing images had not been accepted or responded too well. During the consultations leading up to the surgery I felt very confident that he was the right surgeon for me and I felt reassured about the surgery and how everything would work. On the day of the surgery the hospital was lovely in the morning and Navid Jallali came to see me before the operation to go through it with me one last time. After the surgery the healing time felt very long as the cast was on for two weeks but healing was easy and I had been given a list of post op instructions which I made sure to follow. Getting the cast removed went well and was a relief to finally have it off and although my nose looked slightly weird due to the cast I was already quite happy with what I saw. Navid Jallali was very enthusiastic and impressed with the work he’d done on my nose which I’m turn made me feel even better about it. It has now been four months and every check up I leave feeling more confident with my nose and happy with how the process went and confident in my decision to have Navid Jallali as my surgeon. Overall he was absolutely lovely, he answered every strange question I asked without and judgement, he made me feel understood and confident, and he created a wonderful environment that really made the whole process much easier. I would 100% recommend him and should I have any other elective surgeries I would be sure to go back to him.

My face looks great and without the stiffness I was so anxiously dreading. My forehead in particular looks much more smooth and the fine-lines have disappeared completely. Given Dr. Jallali’s pinpoint accuracy and expert foresight, I’ve managed to retain a comfortable level of movement in my face; allowing for a more natural and relatively normal appearance. The sort of results I was desperately hoping to achieve from a non-surgical procedure such as this.

Dr. Jallali justifiably and very professionally redirected my focus towards Botox, after I’d initially lobbied for filler. He has addressed the scowl and I now appear less aggressive, and more friendly across the upper-third of my face. I look forward to sustaining my results and preserving a renewed level of confidence.

Finally, Dr. Jallali is beyond exemplary. He was reassuring, extremely informative and very careful during the course of treatment.

Dr. Jallali performed a vertical mastopexy in mid April 2022. I have held off giving my review as I feel i needed time to heal to see my final results. Whilst I am aware it can take a year, I am already so happy with the results. Symmetry is taking place and I have already been able to go bra-less with confidence. This is something I would NEVER have done before. I likened him to Michaelangelo when talking to Charlotte (who, incidentally is so warm and reassuring throughout the whole process). My experience has been very positive. I underestimated the recovery time, but everyone is different. I would recommend Dr Jallali again and again.

Looked for a few years for a plastic surgeon, then I found Mr Jallali. He had great reviews and photos.
My consultation was relaxed but professional, Mr Jallali explained exactly what the procedure would involve along with the recovery.
My tummy tuck was performed November 2021. Two weeks later I was up walking around and cooking.
I can’t say it wasn’t painful the first few days but the pain killers helped.
I would definitely recommend Mr Jallali as the plastic surgeon for all.

It is difficult for me to explain just how amazing Mr Jallali is as a surgeon. He under promised and hugely overdelivered for me; I was terrified of GA and the surgery and had never been in hospital before or had botox etc so I was like a child! He reassured me every step of the way including on the morning of my procedure when I was in tears as I was so scared of going under!

My results are incredible and so much more than what I imagined when I first met Mr J. I saw SEVERAL very experienced surgeons ahead of proceeding with Mr J and I do not regret it one bit. His PA Charlotte is lovely and always on hand to help. The procedure was very competitively priced and I felt super safe the whole way. Mr J is one of the most senior surgeons in London and his experience shows on my face!

I saw Mr Jallali for keloid scars of various sizes (including a couple of fairly large ones) on my chin and jawline. Following rounds of injections, the scars have completely flattened and are no longer growing. Mr Jallali was professional, knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions about treatment options and follow up. I would recommend Mr Jallali without hesitation because his treatment was incredibly effective and the after-care/follow up was excellent. I'm also grateful to his PA, Charlotte, for her friendly and efficient approach.

Firstly I would like to say I am 27 years old and this breast reduction surgery has to be the best thing I have ever ever done in my life and I would do it all over again within a second.
From a very young age I have always been top heavy as I got older and gave birth in my 20s, my breast changed significantly.
I wasn’t confident without wearing a bra, certain styles of clothing that required you not to wear a bra I couldn’t wear. My buttons always used to pop open, after lockdown I gained the courage to go ahead and do some research on how to get a reduction. I knew I definitely wanted to stay within the UK rather than opting for a reduction overseas.
I spent hours and hours, days & days researching different doctors and reviews to help me choose the right surgeon. I also learnt that there are different incisions & also reductions including drains which isn’t a common technique.
After coming across Dr Jallali and searching his Instagram & online reviews I knew I had to book a consultation to see him. On my first consult I was very anxious as I knew things were starting to get real. The consultation was so relaxed yet very informative. Dr Jallali weighed out the pros and the cons and then asked me the magic question “what size would you like to reduce to” of course my answer being as small as possible.
I left that consult knowing I was in the right hands. My consult was in November 2021 and I managed to secure my surgery date for February 2022.
The lead up to the surgery was very overwhelming for me but I was able to communicate with Charlotte (Dr Jalli’s PA) she was literally an angel and I can not thank her enough. She also put me in touch with another lovely young lady who had a reduction recently and I was able to ask her some questions and get some advice about before& after care . After this I was very excited and couldn’t wait!!
On the day of my surgery, my allocated surgery time was early in the morning. All the nurses at the hospital made me feel very welcome and comfortable to the point I can’t even remember falling asleep. All I know is I went to the hospital a 36H and left feeling so FREE & EXCITED TO SEE MY NEW BREASTS
As soon as I got home the first thing I did was throw away all my old bras. OUT WITH THE OLD IN WITH THE NEW.
The next day I was able to function as normal and even take a shower as normal. I had very minimal pain nothing the painkillers didn’t solve. I was able to go back to work within 2-3 weeks PAIN FREE!
This breast reduction surgery had to be one of my greatest accomplishments and I can only thank Dr Jallali and his PA Charlotte.
I am now able to wear clothes confidently & best of all not worry about buttons popping open. I have also rejoined the gym which is amazing. I never knew & always underestimated the saying “be comfortable in your own skin” thanks to Dr Jallali I am now able to testify to this saying. I am now currently a 36C & couldn’t be more happier & grateful.

After two awful surgeries (my former surgeon failed to recognise I had a tuberous breast issue) Mr Jallali fixed what four other surgeons said would be almost impossible to rectify, given my former botched operations (which included a bottoming-out of the implants). I was devastated. Needless to say, meeting Mr Jallali changed my life. His expertise and experience in this area, combined with his understanding and constant reassurance of exactly what to do to rectify what had gone wrong, gave me hope and confidence. I couldn't have chosen a more skilled, gentle, precise, and qualified surgeon to fix what I thought was broken. The results are fantastic, given what I started with and what I feared I'd be stuck with. He turned it all around and was with me every step of the way (especially during the upheaval of Covid). He is patient and understanding, which meant so much to me. I would absolutely recommend him for revisions as well as first-time surgeries. He conducts himself with so much integrity, which is very rare to find. Whatever questions, big or small, he always answered with honesty and confidence. He invites his patients to communicate any concerns or worries, which I really appreciated given how scared I was from my first two surgeries and all the other surgeons' fearful and dismissive words. I can't reiterate enough how much Mr Jallali's patience, reassurance, and confident manner meant to me.
His assistant, Charlotte, is also to be commended on her efficient, kind, helpful, and extremely organised manner. She is wonderful. They both are. Mr Jallali is clearly top of his game and an expert in his field. He seems genuinely invested in his work and his patients and I would encourage anyone considering or requiring surgery to seek his help and expertise.

Dr Jallali has been brilliant over the course of the treatment (Pre-op and Post-op). He has communicated everything and has done an incredible job.
