Absolútna bezohľadnosť a jednanie. Ku vážne chorému cloveku, ktorý o 3 dní po nákupe zomrel, sa zachovali ako hyeny.

I shop here often and never had an issue. Delivery to their shop is quick and super convenient as I live nearby, the shop assistants are all nice and quick to assist. (City Arena, Trnava). I once went to return something (unused, unopened) in their other location in Trnava (Veterná) and the returns assistants (the lady at returns and the young guy at cash desk) were very friendly.

The worst experience I have ever had. I waited a week for an order that did not arrive, I paid for it be delivered to my address as it was too big to carry. On the day it was supposed to be delivered they tell me to go and pick it up myself.

Absolutely terrible communication from the store. The phone agents had no idea what they could or could not do with my order and couldn’t explain the process to me at all. A product that was listed as “in stock” is being delivered only after 7 days, even though the store clearly states that in-stock items are delivered the next business day, or within 2 days at the latest. The email communication was unhelpful and unprofessional, and I am very disappointed. Even though I have made several purchases here before, this was probably my last one.

First they give me voucher. for 10EUR, and than when I wanted to use it the next day I couldn't, so went to shop and there it also did not work. Worst shop ever.
