What the heck???
Ordered a cordless mower from B&Q and added an extra battery which was to be supplied by NB Tools.
Out of the blue I got an email saying that I had requested a return and my refund had been processed (yet to see if I actually get a refund).
Totally baffled and I DID NOT request a return or a refund!
I can only presume they could not supply the battery and so refunded (hopefully) my purchase cost.
I will see if I actually get my money back and if not, I will be taking things further.
