Ordered a cordless mower from B&Q and added an extra battery which was to be supplied by NB Tools.
Out of the blue I got an email saying that I had requested a return and my refund had been processed (yet to see if I actually get a refund).
Totally baffled and I DID NOT request a return or a refund!
I can only presume they could not supply the battery and so refunded (hopefully) my purchase cost.
I will see if I actually get my money back and if not, I will be taking things further.

Very good service and very competitive prices, quick delivery and very responsive on emails. I would recommend them. Spot on.

I bought a Makita lawnmower from this company. I struggled with ordering on the website as some kind of computer glitch prevented me from making the payment. I don’t know if it was my end or theirs that caused the issue but when I phoned the call was answered straight away and the guy on the phone was helpful in sorting me out and I managed to make the purchase. When the mower arrived I thought the small clip which keeps the cable secure was missing. I phoned them and they kindly sent another one on to me. As it turned out, I later found the missing clip, which I’d obviously dropped and wasn’t missing at all, so I now have two. I was very happy with the service I received.

Placed an item in the cart to purchase and then I had to go to a meeting. When I returned, the item had disappeared from the cart. I went to put another in my cart only to find the item, although the same price did not include the charger. Checked to make sure I hadn't made a mistake, but no, it was now just the tool and a battery, no charger.
Wasted too much time trying to get through to 'customer services' 🤣 so gave up and took my business to a reputable dealer. Don't waste your time and hard earned money, you can hear the clink clink of their spurs from a mile away!

Ordered a Dewalt Impact wrench with battery and charger. The price was the most attractive on the market.
I was pleased with the very fast delivery.
Opened out the package, it turned out that there was a problem with the charger. ( Not the seller's fault as the charger was in its factory packaging). Contacted the support team on chat. Within minutes it was decided to replace the charger with a new one and the same day the replacement was sent to my address by express delivery service. Received the parcel a day later. Everything was excellent. I don't know what problems the customers who wrote negative comments below faced, but from my side I can only say that it was a perfect service and I can safely recommend this company for co-operation.

Probably the worst shopping experience I have ever had!
Payment failed for a few times without a specific reason given. Placed order via my registered account, but the order was not recorded under my account, nor did any confirmation letter being received. But the payment was taken from my credit card.
I phoned service for the reason order notification wasn't sent through, but payment was deducted. Said because I left the shipping email address of the receiver who was not me. But it should not be a matter that I was supposed to track the order under the user account I paid through?! The service guy was very brutal, cut my words and kept asking my email address to forward me the invoice. But I still don't have the parcel tracking info!!!

They really messed up my order. I ordered few items. Delivery time supposed to be 24 hours. After 1 week I call them and ask what's going on, and they told me that they have 3 items and one is coming from Germany and they will keep me updated. No update coming by...After another week I called them up and they told me that they have only one item and they wait for an answer from Germany for the other 3 items. I cancelled the order. Now I have to wait another 3 days until I will have the money back... very poor service.

I bought the Bosch Sabre saw. Best price around by far, free delivery which arrived next day. Quality product and as described on the website. Absolutely no complaints about this purchase

Placed a order late afternoon for a DeWalt DCMPH566N-XJ XR Pole Hedge Trimmer. The following day in less than 24hrs it arrived. NB tools offered the best price lower than anyone else anywhere with great customer care.

Purchased a Festool KS 60 stand and side extensions..Arrived next day but the carrying plastics for the extensions were a bit bashed up..Not a big thing just wanted them to be sorted…They arranged pick same day and dispatched a new item the following day…Top service…

My van was broken into and tools stolen. Had to order replacement tools and did an expansive purchase through Nuts&Bolts. The dispatch was very swift but I found on the next day that I could replace that very expensive purchase by paying a smaller fee to Festool. I have called N&B, explained the situation and thought they could not stop the item that was already dispatched, they were very helpful in organising the return of it for a very small fee. The refund was very quick too.
I'm happy with N&B.

Bought a saw of 200pounds 1month ago. The parcel never arrived. They tell me they are investigating the whole time. RIP money rip customer service

Very pleased with this company. Ordered a few Festool products most of which were delivered next day by DPD. One item was dispatched a day later rather than delay the initial shipment to include it. Very impressed. Not my first order and not my last.

Quick delivery (1 arrived the following day, the other 2 items arrived the day after). All items were very well priced (lowest online from our research) and well packaged.

As confirmed by others in online reviews, the warranty certificates are routinely removed from the boxes by NB but you are still able to register the warranty. They keep this to track who purchased the items.
