Meeting Wayne and Tracey at N&C Builder was an absolute delight! Last Friday, I needed to buy some building materials for my garden DIY project. Feeling a bit unsure, I turned to social media for advice on what to purchase. When it came time to pay at the cash counter, Tracey stepped in and called Wayne over to help me out. After explaining my project to Wayne, he guided me in purchasing the perfect materials. Thanks to their help, my garden project is now complete and I couldn't be happier. A big thank you to Wayne and Tracey!

I understand that this is not the fault of the company but of the courier , this doesn’t however change the fact that the job I need them for is now and that I will have to source locally at higher cost for something I already paid for .

Very efficient service and fair price for product.

Buying the tiles (which we have now done on three occasions) is a great experience both in person and online, Their support in matching and ensuring we got what we needed was second to none. Customer service is important to these guys and it shows.

After speaking to Kay at Chadwell Heath we knew exactly what we needed to complete our bathroom installation. Kay gave us a quote, information booklets and showed us all available options. We will definitely be going back to finalise our order. Thank you Kay.

Kay being a member of your staff was extremely helpful in every way and in my opinion could not do anymore for me with regard to serving me and helping me to load my purchases onto my van it makes a big difference when staff are willing to go the extra mile and are happy to do so

Can't recommend them enough. Walked in and immediately we were offered assistance. The manager Audley went through everything we needed, spent a long time looking at the options and considering our budget at all times. Nothing was too much trouble, every time I called about deliveries, adding more products, changing products etc. someone always answered quickly and extremely helpful. Brilliant team! 🙌🏻

We’ve just been into the Orpington store this morning to choose tiles for our new bathroom renovation. Bradley Strong, the branch manager was an absolute delight to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with helping us make our choices. Many thanks Bradley

Kay who helped me on two seperate days was great. I had quite complicated requests and Kay took the time to really help me out with my orders.

Easy to order, what I wanted, good quality and speedy delivery

We really appreciated NCT sending out a sample tile for free. The Tiles we choose were fair price and the delivery was in good time.
Overall how online purchasing should be.

The products are excellent quality, the customer service is inefficient
Most time in shops they don’t know if they have stock or not, they have to go and check
Their computer system doesn’t quite seem to know what is where
The deliveries give 3-5 days , but nearer the time you can’t check for any more time/day precision
And they will deliver every single order on one palet , even if it’s just two boxes of tiles
The wastage is huge and that makes one understand the expensive delivery fees

So you can go in shop because it takes ages to find out if things are there or not

Or you pay minimum 55 quid to get a box or two of tiles delivered in a big palet

They really need better systems / processes

This is the second time I’ve used this company .Best price I could find for my Farrow & Ball paint & fast delivery. Kept me up to date with the delivery time.
