Fast and patient support service

fast work delivered immediately after payment (no hidden fees too!). they worked fast and unbricked my phone as promised. would definitely recommend. though their payment method needs some work, using gift cards as a payment method makes your services look shady even when theyre not (in this case)

I used this service to change my Redmagic 11 Pro+ (China) software to the Redmagic 11 Pro Global ROM. He was fast, with no odd behaviors or mouse movements when he took control of my computer to access root and flash the phone. Worked perfectly from CN OS11.24 to - GBOS11.13 and I did not have any booting issues with the phone afterwards. Now I can use my Chisa phone with Mora and AI tools!

Note for the Chisa Edition Redmagic 11 Pro+: While you do lose access to the CN theme store and custom themes if you switch to the Global ROM, you can save the wallpaper and icons with MT Manager and use customization apps to reapply them. The custom AOD, icon backgrounds, ringtones, and fingerprint scanner will be lost without some heavy workarounds though.

**Reliable Xiaomi bootloader unlock service**

I had been trying for a long time to unlock the bootloader on my Xiaomi 14 Ultra Global version, but I kept running into Xiaomi server restrictions and the usual “limit reached” problem.

NCUNLOCK was honest from the beginning that the server was offline and told me to wait until the service became available again. Once it was back, the process was clear: I selected the correct $40 service, completed the payment, installed UltraViewer on my Windows PC, enabled USB debugging, and followed the instructions.

The unlock was completed remotely and successfully. Communication was direct, the instructions were simple, and the service worked exactly as promised. Very helpful for people who are stuck with Xiaomi’s official unlock limitations.

Very poor, rude, unempathetic and impatient communication, despite getting the job done.

After getting a giftcard, the person connected via ultraviewer, but then suddenly locked my desktop so I couldn't see anything. This scared me (is that so strange?), I therefore shutdown the computer, and told him if he could please keep the desktop visible while working, so that I could see what he was doing. To this he said that desktop needs to be 1920x1080, and if 'no trust', to get another computer. (No idea why he locked the desktop.)

I asked for a moment of patience and understanding, that I will set computer to 1920x1080 instead of 4K. He impatiently again complained, 'I don't like it, because of the many steps' and 'I don't like hassle and inconvenience, please find another computer'.

He finally fixed the phone remotely, but man oh man, this person seems to feel quite stressed....

-Update next day-
Turns out, the remote flash didn't go completely correctly, as every time I boot the phone, I get an error message. I contacted NcUnlock about it with screenshot, after which he blocked me on Telegram. Via WhatsApp I told him it was rude of him to block me after already being so unempathetic the day earlier. I also told him that perhaps he was hurting from something, that otherwise he wouldn't treat clients so unfriendly and impatient, and that therefore I wished him well with whatever he was going through.

To this he replied that he didn't want to talk anymore because I gave him (initially) a two star vote. A missed opportunity for him to come around, take the feedback to heart, and actually get an improved rating from me!

Working with him from 2024 with xiaomi devices always works like a charm.great guy.

1 star — Scam. Took money, blocked me after partial fix.

I contacted ncunlock to unbrick my OnePlus Pad 3 (OPD2415) which was in EDL 9008 mode. Paid $80 via gift card (their requirement — red flag in hindsight).

The technician connected via remote session and flashed OOS 16.0.3.500 firmware. However after the flash, the device boot loops every 60 seconds and crashes exactly when tapping “Get Started” during initial setup — meaning the device is still unusable.

When I reported the issue, he immediately blamed hardware failure — which is impossible since the crash happens at a specific point in software setup, not randomly. This is clearly a software/partition issue from his flash.

Shortly after I reported the problem, he deleted our entire chat history and blocked me. No refund offered, no attempt to fix the issue.

Additional note: During the remote session he used OplusEdlTool v3 — the same free tool I already had. He did not use any proprietary firmware or special tools that would justify the $80 price. The firmware he flashed may also be incorrect for my specific device variant.

Do not pay with gift cards. Do not trust this service for tablet repairs. Service not delivered as promised.
