I had a substance abuse assessment with Trevor. Trevor was very professional, and explained everything well. He gave clear instructions and answered any questions I had.

I really appreciate the professional yet personal experience I had. Kym and Mindee were great with communication and responded immediately when I had questions. Trevor was professional yet caring and respectful of the situation I was dealing with. He had the report over in a timely manner and communicated to let me know it was on the way and sent.

I would not recommend ND Assessments based on my experience.

I paid over $1,000 for an expedited (same-day) evaluation and did not receive what I reasonably expected from that service. While I did receive a document quickly, it was not a complete or fully informed assessment, as it still required additional collateral follow-up. That defeats the purpose of paying for an expedited, comprehensive evaluation.

I was also never given a meaningful opportunity to submit supporting documents, despite the fact that documentation was directly relevant to the claims being evaluated. This significantly limited my ability to present a full and accurate picture.

Additionally, I was told that if there were discrepancies between my account and the opposing party’s claims, I would be contacted for clarification. That never happened even though there were clear timeline inconsistencies that should have been addressed before conclusions were made.

Because of this, the process felt one-sided and incomplete.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering this type of service seek an in-person evaluation where documentation can be reviewed thoroughly, questions can be asked in real time, and all relevant information is properly considered.

This was a costly experience, and I do not feel the service met the standard that was represented.

I felt strong racial bias in the outcome of this review as the result.

Thourough, understanding, and very good at communicating. Both Lane and Trevor were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services and if i ever need to, i will be sure to use them again.

My situation was handled with care and respect. Would recommend "ND Assessments" to whoever is needing their services. After my interview, my detailed report was sent back in prompt fashion with excellent recommendations to contribute to my journey. Want to say thanks for the help and it is appreciated greatly!

Lane Davis was above and beyond being great…he listened without judgement and his all around professionalism was top tier. Yall should count yourselves blessed having someone with that kind of heart as a part of your team. The compassion he showed hit me right in the heart and has me still thinking about it the next day. Grade A kinda guy.

Very professional but also pleasant and friendly. Their timely turn around and willingness to work with me literally saved me in court when things got a little tense with the judge. I was able to present the result of my assessments and that ultimately was my saving grace. I potentially owe them my freedom. Mindee & Michael were both a pleasure to work with and turned what I thought was going to be a very stressful situation into a breeze. I highly, highly recommend ND Assessments!

Trevor and Lane were very professional in their handling of my situation. They were willing to work with my schedule and handled my assessment in a timely fashion. Their support staff was polite and easy to work with.

Lane and Trevor really have your best interest in mind and I was very surprised how well they treated me and how good they did there job, I would never want to have to do this process again but if I did I would trust them with it more then any other company or people I have encountered

I used Brian Davis as my SAT and he made every step I had to go thru very understanding and always took his time dealing with all my questions. And I ask a lot a questions. Laura at Arcpoint Labs was very friendly and patient with dealing with me and was very thorough on everything I needed to do.

Still no refund and assessment.. I even sent them an assessment I had done from a legit place. And they could have copied it but instead I received nothing. And they said they'd refunded me and they didn't. Long reply from nd assessments all I wanted was the assessment I paid for or a refund and that was only half my money they got after they sent me to other private practices of there choice. But this isn't professional at all putting my personal issues on here for all to see....just goes to show they aren't professionals beware as long as this helps someone else from this scam well read my personal issues ....they couldn't help me with license beaur .....

The evaluation process was detailed and very well organized. The staff members were professional and responsive. By the methods used throughout the evaluation process, it is evident that you will receive an honest and fair assessment.

Trevor was pathetic and rude and insisted to the point where he needed to be taught a lesson on etiquette.

Edit: Trevor kept insisting over and over again and that caused me to be in tremendous stomach pain. After telling this retard that I have crohn's disease he kept going on and on that I use my medicine, that keeps me out of the hospital, recreationally. He doesn't even know me or my story on how lucky I am to be able to be alive thanks to my medicine. He is very lucky we never met in person and I am positive that his behavior towards me would be better if the visit were face to face.
Trevor also missed the appointment time after I paid extra money for the service so I can have an appointment at 6pm on a weekday.
Trevor kept changing the questions I answered on the questionnaire and harassed me over 6 times same question after question after I replied to his question.
Now I still do not have the evaluation I needed for court and this company thinks they fixed the situation? They made it worse.

I highly recommend Trevor Davis, LSW, LCDC III, of New Directions. Throughout a very difficult period over this summer, Trevor was professional, compassionate, and incredibly understanding. His evaluation report was both concise and comprehensive, providing tangible recommendations that were easy to follow. I get a good and fast experience with this SAP provider. I completed the step 4 ( ready to RTD) in 3 days. He answered all my questions quickly and he has patience to explain everything from AtoZ. I advised everyone who is in this program to work with Brian.

The comfort level I felt since day one with Brian Davis made my choice easy. Talked to a few SAP counselors, he was genuine and made me feel comfortable. It was a no brainier. His staff is awesome as well. Kim is a rockstar made all my transactions easy and accommodating. Definitely would recommend New Directions and Mr. Davis. Helped get me cack in the road. And I can text or call him anytime and he definitely makes tons for his clients. I'd pick him 10 out of 10 times.

I would like to thank ND Assessments for the team you have. I call 9:07 and am greeted with a friendly, informative and educated person. She helped me with two assessments and I have court in 8 days.
Everything she explained to me was so easy to understand. Her suggestion for my situation was on point. I was explained all the options, which made it all crystal clear.
I was very encouraged when she told me if I didn’t understand something, call her back.
She helped me with 2 assignments today.
With a little room to breathe, we do the interview on July 12 2024.

ND Assessments took care of my needs professionally . I felt I was treated by people who actually care. From Kym Shoults who answered the phone, answered my questions and set everything up. Trevor Davis was very easy to talk with. Very good exchange of questions and answers.
If ever in need again I would go back and would recommend them to friends and family.
