Arrived on time as described, Finding the use of it better than my loupe , highly recommend.

Company refused to help when a order was delivered to wrong address. Stated I had wrong address although they admitted and showed pictures of it being delivered to WRONG address. If anything item should have been returned to sender since there was no such address not just dump on closest lawn. Very upset that they feel since it was delivered they have satisfied thier obligations.
Horrible service!!! When an address on package is not actually an address in existence it should be returned to sender NOT dumped on whatever lawn on that street and Not even at door....

Very smooth purchase, the items arrived okay, and up to their usual standard.

Received both products I ordered in a timely manner. They work great. Excellent for painting 15mm Flames of War infantry. Both of my old eyes appreciate the assistance. I would strongly recommend these magnifying aids to fellow minature painters.

so when you order the “2 in 1” option, they actually just send you 2 pairs of glasses. 1 battery version and 1 usb version. 😆

I received the tracking number after I received the package

Easy ordering, prompt shipping, updates during shipping process. Only issue I have is courier left package at my front door at 11am. I was out all day til 7pm. Would have appreciated a call to arrange a neighbour to collect. We have regular thieves around here.

Excellent product, novel idea.

The product is great! My husband says the are comfortable and great for working on his Warhammer. My only complaint is that when we ordered the item, we were not told it was on back order until days after placing the order. When I asked for assistance, one message came back with this information, another told me the time just shipped and tracking info was to follow. A few days later, I asked again, and got the same reply regarding they just received the product and are shipping now. Once that happened, we got the item very quick.

The company claims to be shipping from a warehouse in Victoria but the tracking information is clearly from china so I guess this is doing drop shipping but also really deliberately lying about it?

Product might still be fine but that’s a pretty big red flag

Nice mini airbrush, replacement needles and nozzles cause bubbles.

My airbrush hose arrived as ordered in good condition.
