The dress is beautiful
The dress is beautiful, but really disappointed it was stuffed in a box half the size it needed to be. It was posted without an outer box so itâs defaced with an address label and writing from the delivery courier. Plus I couldnât get the dress back in the box for storage, so Iâve had to buy a box myself⊠it genuinely spoiled the experience of purchasing such an expensive dress, definitely not what I expected from such a respected brand.

Really helpful customer service, a great try-before-you-buy option, which is very helpful when deciding on an overall look or sizing.
The only issue I would say is that the sizing is very off. It states true to size, but I didn't find this to be the case at all and I would very much advice going on the measurements and ignore the size label.

Brilliant idea to be able to try before you buy as they are expensive dresses. Just register your debit/ card and an £1 charge is held on it. Then you have 5 days to return anything you donât want. Return process is straightforward. Beautiful dresses- SO sparkly! Excellent experience with this company.
