Dresses are so poorly finished. Pity because theyâre actually quite nice.
Zip in one is so poorly finished it wonât zip up without so much force as to near rip the fabric. Just poor quality construction.

I ordered dresses but unfortunately they did not suit me, so I returned them, eventually I had a refund but it was pending in PayPal for over a week and then it defaulted, I contacted customer services last Thursday and they came back to me that day to say they would contact the tech team as they were not aware of the issue and to be rest assured that it would be sorted asap, nothing happened I then emailed again yesterday and they came back to me this morning, I asked for this to be sorted by the end of the day and heard nothing and still £181.13 short, I will also contact PayPal as this has not been resolved, I find the whole situation very strange
