A complete con! Do not buy from this website!
I ordered a carpet (156 Euros) and what arrived was a piece of PVC with a laser-printed image of the carpet pattern on top. The company is a ".com" but is based actually in China and their refund policy is "Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable". So you can imagine the cost of returning the fake "carpet" to China is almost the amount of the carpet itself. I feel completely conned out of my money! Do not buy from this company! After 4 or 5 email exchanges they finally provided me with the incomplete address to return the PVC to China but offered 40% refund that I feel is my only option to cut my losses - but that is still 116 euros lost. I am left with a useless ugly giant PVC mat. Will see if I can give it away.
