I have bought three shirts and a jacket…
I have bought three shirts and a jacket - and while i am not the smallest 6’2” clothes fit well. I go for XXL - and you know I have rarely been complimented on my clothes - happened a few times wearing Neem. No issue re orders etc and always looking for new lines - the over-shirt and light weight jacket are fab!!!

Great looking and fitting water…
Great looking and fitting water resistant shirt/jacket. It has become so handy for those threatening/maybe showery in-between-days of autumn. Lengthening the T-shirt wearing season in and outdoors.

Customer Services are hard to speak to
Ordered item of clothing with photos clearly showing the two front pockets were fully usable as even the models had there hands in them in the photos.
Item arrived and the two pockets fully sewn up and unable to use.
I contacted them by phone but you can only leave a message which I did and asked for a call back to discuss. I emailed on two separate occasions and eventually I got phone call to explain that an error occurred in a batch and factory had sewn up the pockets in error.
I was advised what to do to remedy the situation and eventually I managed to free up the pockets.
My only gripe here is that if a factory error had been identified they should have offered a replacement item as damage can occur whilst carrying out this procedure which was recommended as a two person job to carry this out successfully.

I just checked the chat on our website and it looks like Nick, our founder, contacted you yesterday answer your query. That's the best channel for contacting us
As with many high quality products (like suits), our pockets are lightly stitched shut by our makers so that the garment keeps its shape before it reaches you. All you need to do is unpick the stitching (using a needle or small knife) and both pockets will become fully usable.
I recently purchased the same style myself and since I have unpicked the stitching I am able to use the side pockets without any trouble just as the models on our website are doing.
We appreciate your trying our product and are sorry for this inconvenience. We hope it doesn't affect your future enjoyment of wearing your Piccadilly Over-shirt.

Personalised service with my first order.
This was my first order with Neem and I have to say the service was over and above what I could have reasonably expected. Due to a website glitch one of the overshirts I ordered was not available and was not going to be restocked. Rather than let me down, Neem reached out to say that they would contact their supplier to see if my item could be manufactured. This was quickly confirmed with excellent communication throughout. There is a personal touch in Neem’s service that leaves you with the impression that they really care about their product and customers. So when my items arrived I wasn’t surprised that they were of excellent quality and fit. Particular thanks go to Cris at Neem for the exceptional service I received. I will definitely be a long-term customer!
