Neighbor レビュー

Easy transactions with renters. Not a lot of support managing fees at the end of rental. Like a key return fee.

Jamie and his team were very professional, friendly and helpful.

Very good guy to work with! He is very friendly and takes care of the space. I would definitely recommend him and would definitely do business with him again if I’m ever back in this area

Frank is very helpful and the property is beautiful. We feel our RV is safe here.

The actual service was fine, but the marketing team was beyond pushy. I didn’t even apply to rent anywhere, and the representative emailed, texted, and called me- twice- in the span of 24 hours! Also, their insurance is a scam- you don’t need it, but they make it sound like it’s not optional.
Because of that, I would look elsewhere if there are other, similarly priced options.

Neighbor support is non responsive. Form messages are sent with no specific interaction. My account was suspended because of my response time. I was not allowed to properly vet the potential renter. They expect host to immediately accept requests without information. They also charge high service fees and pay one month in the rears. Not easy to work with.

Good spot, good guy, good exp

All is good nice n clean

Landlord of the lot was great no issues with security the app is easy to use.

Using the neighbor app was wonderful. I was able to find a spot to park my trailer minutes from my house and get in and parked within the hour. When I no longer needed the space, canceling was the easiest thing I've ever cancelled. The whole experience was fantastic and I recommend this app every chance I get.

Everything worked out as it should. No issues.

Over all, so far great experience. Support was helpful, directions clear.. super easy

Great experience-everything went so smoothly from booking to rent a space to dropping off my vehicle- beautiful property-would definitely recommend using Jackie very accommodating-great communicator

I wanted a last minute parking, and it was only on the Neighbor App that I got the parking otherwise it would had been very hard, I am very thankful for neighborhood App for the parking, I really appreciate it.

I like the no hassle and ease to rent my unused storage and parking space. Being a retired citizen, it makes the difference of enjoying and not just existing.

First time I used. The place I rented was perfect for what I needed. So easy to use the app to find a place for your toys.

very helpful

I never had a vehicle or rv camper on the property. Never been to the property , never checked in.

We got a prospect from neighbor.com who wanted to store their RV. On the appointed day, we drove 45 minutes to open the lot for her.
After arriving, the renter got cold feet and changed her mind.
So much for sleeping in on Saturday morning.
To add insult to injury, neighbor.com decided not to pay us the measley $45. F neighbor.com, Its a waste of time.
We will never rent to neighbor.com again
