Great until you're stuck with a vehicle in your property and no support...
App is great until you're stuck with a vehicle in your property and a non responsive tenant, and customer support that is completely useless.
Had to have the vehicle towed out at my own expense.
App is convenient for the connection, but given their lack of support might as well work around them ASAP.
I was ok with them taking a cut for years in exchange for the protection that you get by doing this through a company, but seems like that is basically 0.
So I'd use the app, connect, and then do on the side since their support is absolutely 0.

Absolutely ridiculous
Absolutely ridiculous. Zero stars would not recommend. Continuously charging my credit card months after I used the app for parking. The peer to peer parking was great. The CC fraud is not. I had to call multiple times to get it corrected and they started charging me again!!! The very next month.

TONS of my sentimental stuff is GONE.
TONS of my sentimental stuff is GONE.
When I went to contact my host to tell him I need to come and get on my boxes he told me he had moved them much further away to a self storage. ??? Because he moved from San Jose to San Francisco (without notifying me he was going to move all my stuff)
five times I arranged to meet him and arrange a friend with an SUV to come with me and five times the host canceled.
But that's not the worst part. The worst part is many of my a lot of my stuff was missing my stuff inside boxes was replaced by belongings I've never seen in my life, and my most important box which I call my eulogy box or I've been gathering photos clothing and memorabilia for decades the ENTIRE box is completely gone.
I would not recommend this platform for storing anything that you ever expect to see again. To have spent decades carefully curating photos and very special things so your family doesn't have to put stuff together for you at the end of your life, only to have it all taken away is so beyond distressing I don't even have words.

They threatened to tow my vehicle while I was on vacation, forcing me to fly home and get an uber! Then apologized after I got to the property saying they made a mistake! Stay away!!
