Great Host...very helpful
Great Host...very helpful, attentive and provides superb pictures and instructions on where and how to park. Site has video surveillance and area has well kept homes with surrounding home owners who obviously devote attention to their and others' property. After many Neighbor.com rentals, no host has ever been so fast and professional with communications than Andrew.

The space was excellent
The space was excellent. I felt very confident our boat was secure. We had no issues at all for the entire year + we rented our space. Stephen is an excellent host; I highly recommend connecting with him if you need a place for your vehicle, trailer or boat.

Mark was incredibly understanding
Mark was incredibly understanding, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. I accidentally selected the wrong dates, and without any hesitation, he canceled my reservation, issued a refund, and made it easy for me to rebook without any stress.
He answered all of my questions promptly and professionally, and his communication was excellent from start to finish. Customer service like this is hard to find, and I truly appreciate how smoothly he handled everything.
Thank you again, Mark, for making the process of storing my car so easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this facility!
