Fantastic service. Highly recommended

I was recommended by a colleague to use Nelson Myatt as didn’t know who to use. My experience when dealing with Andrew was absolutely amazing. I had gone through a divorse and didn’t know what to do. The guidance, advice and communication has been 100 out of 10 which is putting it mildly. Andrew is very professional and deals with matters without delay. He is compassionate and understands the traumas that come with such an event.

I used this firm for a family law matter after searching for the best solicitors throughout North Wales/Chester. I wanted someone with a firm, determined approach to achieve the outcome that I wanted as quickly as possible and that is exactly what I got.

The service was excellent from both Karen Leadbetter and Caitlyn Farr, both in court and everything inbetween. They were always accessible and they acted immediately without delay whenever needed. Their pragmatic and experienced approach was very effective.

The other party's firm (jw hughes) were almost impossible to get hold of at all times for both negotiations and in responding to our letters, and even delayed returning a final draft order to the judge at the end and had to be chased up by the court.

I was glad I chose Nelson Myatt every step of the way and even more so after seeing first hand during the legal proceedings how some other firms conduct their business.

The team at Nelson Myatt did everything they could to make the process of buying our first home as stress-free as possible. Our conveyancer Esther was very knowledgeable, understanding with our lack of knowledge, and prompt with her side of the process. Steph and Ffion were very helpful on the occasions I would interact with them also. If I ever do buy a new house, I would use them again, and I would reccomend anyone in the Conwy area to consider them as property solicitors.

An absolutely brilliant solicitor to work with for conveyancing. Through both the sale of our property and purchase of a new house, the entire team were always on hand to help with queries and made the process as seamless as possible.

Very professional and prompt with replies. Claire took on my conveyancing file halfway through my house purchase which I was very grateful for, she made sure she knew all about where we were up to and kept me in the loop always. Admin staff also very helpful and pleasant - I spoke to Ann Marie quite a few times on the phone and exchanged emails with Ffion, both very nice and facilitated things running smoothly.
