We have checked your order to ensure our company standards were met and can confirm your order was shipped next day from our warehouse. Your parcel travelled over 700 miles to be delivered internationally within 5 working days. Under the current climate regarding Brexit and the COVID-19 pandemic this is an excellent turnaround.
If you require items faster than this it may be worthwhile checking stores within your country for availability.

Great service and customer care!
My Okami figurine arrived in good time and very well packaged. I’d previously had an issue with another order not turning up, the customer care was fantastic, explained what happened and sorted it out very quickly! 10/10 service, will continue to order from them as I always have for my Nendoroids!

Great shopping experience
Fast shipment (in-stock items), fast reply to question (within 24 hours), items packaged securely, overall great experience.
The site could use some additional filters to easily see in-stock items and items available to preorder.

I saw a Nendoroid Simba on Nendoworld website and they weren’t in stock.I messaged to ask about the Nendoroid Simba and they said that will order him for him.They were so friendly and helpful that I would buy from them again in the future.

Great UK service
Nendoworld is a great site for nendoroid purchases in the UK. Avoid the hassle of shipping costs and more importantly, customs. Im a long time user of nendoworld now and will continue to be for the forseeable future.
I have noticed that Nendo prices have increased a little which is the only downside, from around £45 to sometimes at worst £62 but generally around £55. Its not a dealbreaker per-se, it has made it less of a bargain, comparing prices of other sites where you would add shipping and customs youre looking at paying near the same amount rather than saving now which is a little shame so it feels like the only benefit is convenience which does make me look for deals and compare more than 100% use Nendoworld.
Overall no real complaints, extremely good service for UK purchases.
