Very disappointing experience with Neodove and their team. They seem more interested in pushing their product sales than actually providing customer service.

During onboarding, they made several promises — including creating a WhatsApp group, assigning a dedicated account manager, and offering regular support. However, once payment was made, their responsiveness vanished. Most of the time, the team either doesn’t pick up calls, claims to be “in a meeting,” or keeps their phones switched off.

Overall, very unprofessional behavior and zero post-sales support. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking for genuine service.

I have been using NeoDove for a while now, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and its intuitive interface makes it easy to manage leads, track calls, and boost team productivity.

One of the standout features for me is the real-time lead tracking, which allows for quick follow-ups and better conversion rates. The auto-dialer saves a significant amount of time, and the detailed analytics give valuable insights to optimize our sales strategy.

Their customer support team is always prompt and helpful, ensuring any issues or queries are resolved quickly. NeoDove has truly streamlined our sales process, improved efficiency, and contributed to increased revenue.

This CRM tool is a complete disappointment. It was released for sale before being fully developed, and it’s riddled with bugs. It feels like they’re using customers as guinea pigs to test their software. Even a high school student could have done a better job developing it.

The support team is another letdown. They promise support on Saturdays and Sundays, but in reality, they don’t work on weekends. This is especially problematic since many sales organizations have their peak business days on weekends. The concept of urgency seems lost on them. With a premature product like Neodove, they desperately need to strengthen their support team. Whenever there’s an issue, no one from the support or sales team answers your calls.

We opted for a custom plan, paying a premium for “personalized support” compared to the “Neo One” scheme. It’s all a gimmick to extract more money from you. After purchasing this useless CRM tool, you won’t receive any support.

I’m writing this review after giving them ample time to improve. We’ve been using their service for a month, and it’s been a nightmare. They don’t keep their promises. Their software will likely take at least two more years to be fully developed. At the moment, it’s nothing more than a high school project.

I have been using Neodove for the past three months, and I have found it to be incredibly user-friendly. The follow-up process is seamless, making my workflow much more efficient. Additionally, the support team is very cooperative specially poulami and faisal and always ready to assist whenever needed. Overall, my experience has been very positive!
