I ordered two shirts from them in a Medium, one arrived as a Small so I contacted them to get a replacement and that replacement also came as a Small. Once again I flagged it and they said they'd deliver the correct size and three months later I still haven't received it or even heard of an update. It's a t-shirt size, this shouldn't be difficult.
As a first time user this has been a horrible experience, I won't be using them again and I wouldn't suggest anyone use them as the hassle isn't worth it.

Les pulls et Bombers sont exceptionnel mais petit bémol pour les t-shirt qui sont un peu mal taillé au niveau des épaules. J'ai pris du L pour être sûr de pas prendre trop ajusté mais malgré ca les manches ne tombent pas bien sur les épaules.

After being gifted a hoodie, I purchased 2 more, and every time I am baffled by how comfortable and pretty they are. This is now my favorite online shop by far.

Furthermore, the shipping is much faster than I would expect, and the staff seems to be incredibly nice, based on the few interactions I've had.

Hace poco pedí un par de camisetas a Neomachi: la RYUTATU 2.0 y la YAKUZAGĀRU. A través de la web sus camisetas ya me parecieron que tenían unos diseños muy chulos, pero al verlas en mano la impresión ha sido aún mejor. La calidad de las camisetas es muy muy buena, los diseños y colores de neón, de otro nivel. Sin duda volveré a pedir a la web.

War schon meine vierte Lieferung. Am Anfang gabs noch Probleme mit falschen Bestellungen, aber da war der Kundensupport immer sehr entgegenkommend. Mittlerweile merkt man davon nichts mehr. Die T-Shirts sind auch schön. Gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln

Love this company bought from as soon as I saw there products which are very good quality cotton btw. Joggers are cool but the bombers and choice t shirts are fabulous. The art is lovely and unique to this company.

Great hoodie, soft inside and super cosy fit (i ordered 3
Sizes up for an oversized look).
At first I ordered the wrong size by mistake and they were very helpful with telling me how to return for an exchange, and they immediatly sent the new one out when I sent proof of postage of the return, arrived quickly considering it came from abroad!

Gute Qualität sehr schöne farbenfrohe Pullover

I ordered a bomber jacket after seeing it advertised on Facebook and falling in love with the dino-mecha design. I am a huge cyberpunk nerd, but good cyberpunk gear is so hard to find- I was so pleased to find Neomachi and even more so once the jacket arrived! It came with a free t-shirt as part of a special offer, was delivered quickly and is excellent quality! It's comfortable, true to size, and the design is well printed and looks amazing! I will definitely be ordering again!

Leuke producten en bedrijf maakte veel reclame dus iets besteld ... Ik dacht het is een NL bedrijf (is het ook) dus retourneren is niet zo lastig ... Nou retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening en pakket moet terug naar .... Polen !
Vervolgens een ander item besteld, in dezelfde maat, maar die viel toch krapper dan de XL van het eerste product maar ik wilde niet nog een keer retour sturen, dat loopt in de papieren...

Nach einer Falschlieferung hat sich der Support sehr bemüht das Problem zu lösen und er hat es auch gelösst. Das Retourenmangement könnte noch verbessert werden (hier sollten Retourelabes der Bestellung beiligen) damit so etwas auch bei falschen Größen reibungslos funktioniert. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Der Support ist aber großartig (wennauch nur per Mail). Eine Supporthotline für Kunden wäre sinvoll.

I first ordered from Neomachi a few years ago and now I ordered again. The designs are magnificent and so authentic, you just love to look at your clothes yourself. The prints are a work of art.
Combining really good quality AND ecological aspirations I can recommend this shop from the bottom of my heart.
The quality is longterm by the way: Even after around 30-50 washes the prints are still totally fine.
To be honest I would love to buy there more often, but the clothes don't break.
My Neomachi stuff is sitting in my closet right now offering guidance and counseling to my Nike and Adidas Shirts.

The T-shirts are great and staff are very friendly.
