The ordering experience was easy and fast! Not only did the design person nail my vision, they expedited shipping so that the sign would arrive in time for a birthday gift! It was more than perfect! I cannot thank the company enough for their attention to detail and their overall professionalism.

Neon Designs has been a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience.. from their quick mark-up of your design, to keeping close communication all the way through, they did exactly how I imagined my logo, even has more features that I wasn’t even expecting… great sturdy packaging an all.. highly recommend their products.!! Horrible turn around time. Asked for cancelation and got told excuses. I think its a scam. Still no sign or refund.

I designed and paid for a sign then they reached out to confirm and I mentioned I actually wanted a cat in the words and they redesigned the sign and refunded me the difference since the sign changed and was less. I will be getting a sign for my backyard soon.

I loved ordering from here! It was super easy to get started, even with a custom design, they sent a mock up later that day and it was ready to go! Getting it was faster than I thought as well. My sign is beautiful and so well made. I get complements on it all the time
