neoworx douglas offers a city centre base for isle of man companies wanting a community focused, serviced private office. We work with companies wanting flexibility regarding their office space, and offer office memberships from 2 months rolling contracts with the ability to flex up or down. Membership is based on the number of desks rather than square footage meaning you are paying for usable space. Offices are priced at £350 +vat per desk per month, which is inclusive of rates, WIFI, daily cleaning, hosted reception, business lounge and stocked larder. Offices configured from 2 to 13 desks with on-site parking. Coworking facilities also available from £150 per month or £30 per day.

From our very first enquiry right through to the final stages of getting settled in, the team at Neoworx were absolutely fantastic. They couldn’t do enough for us at any point, always approachable, genuinely helpful, and never once pushy, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
What really stood out was the level of care and attention to detail, even down to helping us carry items into the office. It’s the small touches that make a big difference and really reflect the team’s commitment to great service.
The space itself is equally impressive, bright, modern, and incredibly welcoming, creating a positive environment from the moment you walk in. The facilities are excellent and clearly designed with both comfort and productivity in mind.
Overall, a thoroughly positive experience from start to finish, and somewhere we’d happily recommend to others.
