Andrew and the team at Nerdpress continually impress me with their skill, responsiveness, integrity, and most important these days, their humanity. I feel more secure because of our relationship.

I've been with Nerdpress for over 5 years and with each year, I grow happier with their service, attention-to-detail, and ethics.
In today's social and political climate, it's important to me to support business that are good stewards of their community, the planet, and that have values and ethics that align with mine.
Beyond the decency Nerdpress displays, they have never left me in the lurch when it comes to issues on my site. They are proactive in alerting me to downtimes on my site, are timely and cautious when updating plugins, and provide educational tools to help me gain more confidence with the "nerdy" aspects of my business.
The team is always courteous, professional, and insightful. I've never been made to feel dumb or like I'm not valued as a customer.
I wholeheartedly recommend Nerdpress as I've never been happier to give a company my money.

I’ve been a customer of Nerdpress for quite a number of years. At first, I didn’t hire them because I didn’t think I needed them. My partner is a software engineer, so why would I ever need a service like Nerdpress? Boy was I wrong.

I probably don’t utilize them enough, but just those few times during the year that a crisis happens, it makes every penny worth it. I can sleep at night, travel, get totally lost in work, or just enjoy my weekend and never have to worry that something might happen while I’m not looking.

Outside of crisis mode, every time I need a task done, they do it faster than I would ever think possible. They save me countless hours trying to figure out dumb little issues. Those small tweaks I want to make that would take me hours to figure out how to do on my own? They do it in minutes.

Even if the budget gets squeezed, Nerdpress would be one of the very last places I’d make cuts. Never thought I’d be saying that, but past me sure didn’t know what I needed.
