I cannot recommend this team enough. I came to them with a problem with my PC not starting up, and after trying to trouble shoot over the phone to save me some money and time, I was set up with a repair guy, a plan, and a timeline. He kept in contact the entire process from start to finish, gave me regular updates, and my PC (precious child) has come back to me working better than new. They keep high quality parts on hand to do repairs and everything is priced incredibly well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I recently had some major laptop issues that were interfering with everything I would attempt to use, I mean everything. I needed it completely scrubbed. I called Nerdy Ape and Jay made the trip out to my house the same day, with a very reasonable estimate! He made quick work of the scrub and continued to physically clean the inside of my laptop without charging me! Great service I highly recommend!

Jay at Nerdy Ape Gaming is one Heck of a dude! He helped me complete My build with sourcing me my Asus ROG Strix 4090 White OC GPU when they were sold out almost everywhere. Made it very easy to work with Communication was probably some of the best ive ever experienced in any type of retail / online purchases. Jay reached out to me personally when i had any dire questions and technical support needs.
After receiving my GPU he again personally helped me out with any of my install and build related questions that i had even regarding product i purchased elsewhere. Without a doubt an A++++++++ Rating if i could give more than 5 stars he would gain a 10 Star rating!

I can't express the MOST AWESOME experience I've had with the help I've received from NAG & I'm not even a business customer (yet). I was in a late to start building a new gaming PC for my daughter's 2022 Christmas gift. I didn't know what I was doing so I started calling around on Friday 2/23/22 to get help with at cable part x2 that I thought I "needed" to finish this before Christmas morning. Jay was the only friendly one in Lafayette that I was able to get in touch with via phone. I didn't buy anything from him yet he ended up troubleshooting my issues only via phone & a few pics I emailed him! I had this PC build done & up & running perfectly by early Christmas Eve...only about 32 hours after first phone contact with them. Jay did all of this help on the holiday weekend during his time with family & all the things most Americans experience during the major holidays...especially Christmas. He called me on his own initiative to ask how things went & seemed genuinely helpful. He asked if I could send pics of the end product to see what I was able to finish for my daughter for her Christmas. He asked nothing of me by the way of buying anything & said he was happy to help & make sure that I was able to give my daughter this gift on our Christmas morning. Truly amazing & I was able to get this build done despite I had never done this before. Now I'm empowered with the knowledge & confidence that I can build a second one probably with no issues. I was looking for blue light glasses and Jay was so helpful and actually had exactly what I was looking for!! He answered all of my questions and made recommendations for perscription glasses that I will be coming back for!

J went above and beyond with my simple order of a PCIE wireless card and did everything to help out with products and even advice for it for best placement options.

Last week my PC failed and I needed to find somebody who would make diagnosing the issue and replacing the necessary parts as easy as possible. Luckily I found Nerdy Ape Gaming and they spent so much time to help me pick new parts and narrow down the issue. On top of that, they were able to order the part, get it installed, and get it back to me within a few days after dropping it off with them.

I was honestly surprised with the turn-around and how they would take time out of their day to pick parts, help with questions, and have casual conversations which made me trust their quality and judgement. I also really appreciated the transparency with the terms & conditions they sent over + the tracking info for the part they ordered.

If I need future upgrades or builds I will definitely go to Nerdy Apes first and I'd recommend the same for others!

I tried to build my own pc and messed it up. I decided to pay somebody to fix my build and I'm glad I chose Jay. Not only did he fix the build with the parts I had but he recommended some new parts and prevented some future problems.

Next time I build a pc I'll just start with these guys first.
