Setting up an appointment was fast and easy. They handled everything with my insurance and I just logged on my computer at the time of my appointment. Theresa was knowledgeable and tailored our session to my previous experience with breastfeeding. I'd recommend this service to every mom as it's convenient, easily accessible, and relative to your own individual needs and desires.

Experience with provider was very positive, the experience with Nest leaves a lot to be desired, especially for someone who is far along in their pregnancy. The too many reminders sent in absolutely every form: call, email, text. My second appointment I received a phone call confirmation at 6:44am because my time zone was listed incorrectly, even though that wasn't the case the first time and even though I'd submitted feedback after the first session. Decided to not continue participating via this company to avoid needless stress.

Ms Sara’s explanation of breastfeeding was great and I appreciate the fact that you guys gave me the opportunity to do prenatal appointments before birth. It has help me to understand more about breastfeeding.

The instructor was so smart and easy to talk to. So much information I didn't know, and it was all laid out with easy to understand instructions and visuals

My lactation consultant was very thorough and her expertise in breastfeeding and all things newborn shined through. Even though this is my fourth baby and my fourth time nursing and even though I work in the maternal-newborn healthcare world, my lactation consultant was able to give me help and information that I didn’t know and could easily apply. It was also super easy to schedule an appointment for a time that worked for me and do the whole appointment from the comfort of my couch.

I was disappointed with my experience. The consultant appeared to be occupied with other things online during the consultation, which made me feel that my concerns were not given their full attention.

I think the patience, guidance & abundant information is what makes Nest Collaborative a great choice for women who are soon-to-be moms to look into for the opportunity to learn more about lactation and breast feeding I also loved how I didn’t have to worry about taking notes because notes were taken for me and sent directly to me!

Loved meeting with Karen. Happy to be doing this via telehealth so I can be in the privacy of my own home.
