Good support team

I had some confusion with my order taking longer than expected, and communication wasn’t very clear at first. But the guy from the Nest Elevate support team was really helpful, answered my questions, and helped get everything sorted out. Happy with how it was handled in the end.

Good Experience Overall

The item I ordered went out of stock, but they offered me the choice of a refund or a replacement. I chose another product, and they shipped it the same day. Really appreciated the gesture — turned out to be a great experience in the end.

Our physical warehouse address is located in Houston, Texas. Additionally, we have various storage areas across the United States, including Florida, California, and New York. For convenience, items can also be picked up directly from our Houston warehouse.
