You Delivered the wrong item

You delivered the wrong item. I ordered 5 horizontal glove holders. Ordered receipt is included in the box. Its delivered 5 bottles (1.5 gl each?) of sanitizer instead.

I'm not happy.
I replied to email about it. And no answer yet.

How can I return wrong item and get the right one?
