Bad shipping and service

Good prices, but the shipping took almost 2 weeks to get to me. Had to order elsewhere. Not company's fault, but when I reached out for help after one week, they were not helpful and did not get back to me like they said.

excellent pricing

excellent pricing. the cancel item and reorder item is bit confusing to track and so are the separate transactions for the credit card statement and accounting purposes even though it's initially placed a 1 single order but then net32 divides it into multiple transactions...but i'll get the hang of it
