To whom it may concern. You sent me the wrong items. I spoke with one of your customer service reps who was, in my opinion, not qualified to handle the problem. Her communication skills were inadequate. She doesn't know the importance of listening (rule one of proper communication etiquette) but instead talked over me. This is an all too common problem in the USA. It's hard to find good help, as you well know. I will no longer do business with Net32.
